They didn’t check me in properly Saturday and when we returned my key card didn’t work. Found out they tried to give my room to someone else and they walked in to our belongings. My dog was also in the room but luckily she was nice and the staff wasn’t scared by her.

I asked for an extension from 11 check out to 12 noon was told I couldn't. Also we left the room at 7:30 am for a game, planning to come back by 9:30 am to my surprise when I got back they were cleaning my room even before I check out. I found this to be very unpleasant to tell the cleaning person that I still needed the room.

The A/C unit sounded like a clothes dryer with a pair of shoes inside. This made it hard to get a good nights rest. Asked about changing rooms and was told all their A/C units are old and noisy and that more often the complaints are that it won’t cool the room. The American Flag was torn and should be replaced. Found this very disrespectful.

Our room had an oder and they sprayed something that was very very strong and after two days the spray was still very strong. First day breakfast was all but gone and no one was tending. Second day was tended and much better.

The room wasn’t as clean as I had hoped but not bad and there was no hair dryer. I called the front desk to ask about the hair dryer and she said that it had probably been stolen. The breakfast was great!

Carpet had many stains in our room and we were not upgraded to a one bedroom suite like booking.com said. Breakfast starts later on weekends! We normally stay during the week and thought it started at 6am. We needed to get an early start that day and missed out on breakfast which was included with our price! Also $35 for a small dog is a steep price compared to other hotels at that same exit.

The beds were okay. However, dear Lord, new pillows are a must! Also, please put at least one more trash can in the room. One trash can in the bathroom is just not adequate.

The staff was friendly. The lobby was inviting and clean. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels. After reading other reviews, we were happy to find that our shower had great water pressure and hot water.

Seemed dingy. There were carpet stains everywhere and paint in the bathtub to try and coverup stains. The water pressure was also not good.

Floors and carpet were sticky and room was not vacuumed properly. Something was dripped/stained on bedskirt on one bed. Only one garbage can/waste basket for entire room in bathroom. 1/2 roll toilet tissue and no facial tissue. Shower pressure was terrible and shower water temp had to be turned up all they to stay just warm

The shower's pressure was rather low on the normal rain setting and it was set to the equivalent of soak on a hose to start which confused us, and there was a door on the cabinet that was not properly aligned so it didn't fully shut. Also the elevator broke one night but that will sometimes happen, at least we weren't on it!

The property was very cozy aesthetically as well as physically. The room was very clean and the view was very peaceful from my room. The breakfast was also very delicious and the hotel was in a very nice part of the town with a lot of options of things to do in a close vicinity. The beds were also very soft and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were also very nice, accommodating and helpful considering this was my first time mostly traveling alone!

Couldn’t get towels when we went swimming so kids had to drip dry and put room was suppose to be ready at 3 and when we got there at 430 was told it would be another hour because they were short staffed so we waited and thankfully it was about a 10 min wait
