It's a little run-down but the in-room whirlpool is great. It's big enough for two to relax comfortably.

It needs some updating & the amenities need to be in proper working order. Everything was out of service. And housekeeping needs to be more accessible and the rooms needed more cleaning.

The light over the shower did not work, let the front desk know this but no-one showed up to remedy the issue.

The bed was very comfortable. Multiple head shower was nice too.

The bathroom could of been more clean the one issues I would say and needed more bath materials like toilet tissue and and soap in the bathroom to wash hands.

The desk clerk was in competent. It took him 15 min to check us in because he couldn't figure out how to do the hold, he had to call Corporate to figure it out. Then the same twit took 20 minutes to check us out cause he didn't know how to print a receipt and had to call he boss to talk him through it over the phone, then after seeing my annoyance, he try to give the impression he was doing me a favor by trying to print my recei

The pool was not working and the room was questionable as to whether it was cleaned or not ( gum wrappers on the windowsill and loose change in the open bedside table)

Breakfast had very little to choose from...hard boiled eggs and bagels and yogurt. Pool was in bad condition and almost no lighting in the room. Exercise room had 2 things and one was broke. Person at desk was nice and soaking tub was fun for the kids. Would t go back.

The parking lot became full at night but its not the largest either. Also the breakfast offered was not a hot one like it used to be.

The size of the rooms are very spacious and it's beds were comfortable.

Whirlpool tub in room did not work. Very difficult to understand how to use shower. Room was uncomfortably hot and muggy. Breakfast was inadequate: there was no water available, just juice. When they ran out of juice, I asked the front desk for help and he seemed pissed that I asked. The pool was dark and scary. The lights were off and we had to ask the guy at the front desk to turn them on. He did turn them on, but one light was flashing on and off. The kids were not impressed with the pool.

It was cheap and a convenient location. We were looking for free parking, breakfast and a pool and technically the hotel had those things. The rooms were big.

The pool water smelled like chlorine, yet looked grey and ugly! My daughter swam in it anyway, (since the manager's wife was in it), and since we at least smelled thee chlorine. But it was NOT your typical, indoor, pretty blue pool water! And it was a lie that this hotel was within walking steps of the Atlantic City Steel Pier boardwalk rides! We had to drive to the boardwalk, about 15 minutes away, and park at affordable, Atlantic City street meters. We also got no meat, nor good coffee, despite the hotel's breakfasts being included in our booking price. We got breakfast snack bags, with no juices or milk.

We were greeted by the smell of cleaning products, and by two, friendly gentlemen working at the check-in counter. The pre-packaged bagels in our breakfast snacks bags were soft and tasty, and we got fresh fruit - a crisp apple - every morning.

The breakfast was a cheap bag-and-go bag. The water in the pool was dark green.

The carpets were stained, the Air conditioning was broken, and the room was a very hot all night. the bed was very uncomfortable. it was the worst stay i had at a hotel in a long time. the pool was green you could not swim in or want to swim in it. and the cable was broken it did not work. very annoying for a comfort inn and suites.
