We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRooms were not very clean. Stains on the bedding and carpets. Our sink did not drain properly. Showers are so loud it sounds like your neighbors are using yours. Pool was closed for maintenance (again) yet nobody was working on it during our three days there. Was also still filled with water.
Location is great. Right near most stores and restaurants.

United States of AmericaOur room did not get cleaned the day after check-in. and it smelled like cigarette smoke. there were food particles on the table and it wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. There was hair in the tub. No big deal just an oversight.
The staff was respectable. Check-in and check-out went well. It was clean and the lobby and elevator were more sanitary than most places.

United States of AmericaThe back door on the NW corner of the building did not close. That means that the security of the building was compromised 24/7. The lack of alert staff leaves the main entrance without security as well. The electrical outlets for the tv, microwave, and mini-fridge were non-functional. The indoor pool was drained and out of service until further notice because they were awaiting the delivery of a part. Security and pool fun were missing from an otherwise nice hotel. Our room door did not close and had to be pulled/pushed shut. Hotel still charged full price for seriously reduced value!
Breakfast was good. It included protein in a comfortable location.
