Our room was comfortable, but the microwave didn’t work . The coffee maker was missing a piece to make the coffee. The lamp in the living area was destroyed and unusable. The furniture ( chairs ) were badly soiled. Mostly needed to be cleaned and updated.

Our 1st room was not clean there was hair in the beds and the pillows looked dirty. They had no problem giving us another room after checking to make sure the room was dirty. The breakfast was a joke and a waste if time. The pool was closed with no notice about it before booking. This was a main booking attraction as my kids were looking forward to it. There is some road noise. Would be great with some attention to detail.

It was close to where we needed to be and the rate was ok. The staff was amazing! Very nice and accommodating! Good size room.

The room 323 I stay in with my 4 mom old son the heat would not stay on and we was in a double bed and one of the bed it was nasty.

We have stayed here in the past, that’s why we chose this again. It has really gone down hill. Had to change rooms due to thermostat not working. Next room just as bad. Carpet dirty, Needs a lot of work

The pool wasn’t open due to storing pieces of carpeting on the pool deck for their hotel room remodeling. We were disappointed. The breakfast was not up to par. The pancake maker was broken, only white bread was available, the mini muffins were dry and seemed old. They only had marmalade jelly. They had a few apples but no other fruit. They had biscuits and gravy but not very appealing for folks from the north. The website said it was a full breakfast. Many of the guests were disappointed and commented as they left the room without eating. Maybe get a waffle maker and fix the pancake machine. The staff were very nice and polite.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They knew what they were doing and got us checked in quickly. The room was nice-two large spots on the carpet but overall very nice. The carts to bring in our things was very helpful. The location is good and it was a safe place.

The very small pillows on the bed. The top cover was a sheet instead of a bed spread. The desk chair was peeling in several places. There was no trash can in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was within 5 minutes of our event.

Room was dirty. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom floor had not been mopped. Carpets were visibly not vacuumed. Odor in room. First room had no mattress on sleeper sofa. Moved us to another room. Furniture visibly stained and mismatched cushions.

Biscuits were to hard, had to wait on coffee and pancake machine wouldn’t work for us. Not a lot of variety in choices.

The suite was dirty and the furniture was extremely worn out. There were tears and rips in the sofa cushions. There was a chunk of the cushion missing from the desk chair in room 308. It definitely wasn’t what I expected for the cost!

noisy outside late and walls seemed paper thin. we could hear the other guests in their room. Area off interstate was not the best place. but was easy to find.

Noisy until just. before midnight. You could hear other people outside of the hotel. But it got guiter after that. The room was ok. There was plenty of room and was just not as clean as it could have been. beds were somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately , we will not be staying here again.

The pool was closed down and the website did not specify that . The laundry room was down. The breakfast is more like refreshments and the cost of the room was not worth it with all the amenities not available
