To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe lighting in the room needs improvement as it was very dim even with all the lamps on. The bed was very comfy but the sheets would not stay on the bed.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very large and clean. It is a convenient walk to restaurants and shops.

United States of AmericaBed was to high and had a hard time getting in and out of it. Bears in the parking lot and were not told about them. Do to having to walk everywhere, the area was not well lit and felt unsafe. Several times a day, usually in the morning and evening the bears would be walking around the outside of the hotel. I have mobility issues and that makes it dangerous. My husband had a bear get within 10 feet of him before he seen it. We knew that there are bears, just didn’t think we would have to walk in dark areas to get to the hotel

United States of AmericaI know the facility is under renovation, but it isn't equipped with a secondary elevator, which is a hurdle for guests with physical limits, injuries, or disabilities... The air conditioning unit in the room worked well for cooling, but when it would kick in for the condenser to cool, it was extremely loud & will wake you up, a little unnerving in a good sleep in the middle of the night.... A lot of the facility still needs fresh paint as it's renovated, along with better lighting for the parking area

Carey at the front desk was great, very friendly & out going personality, my son said he was awesome (& looks like a Super Hero) My son was thankful for the kindness & cookies, he made sure to tell everyone about them, & the larger than life nice guy that works there, a wonderful memory for us, on another great visit to Tennessee.

United States of AmericaBreakfast could have be much better. It could have some sausage links/patties, bacon, etc. Instead, there were about 3 pieces of what looked like bites of breaded chicken. It was nice having glass dishes, but I don't think necessary; disposable plates work fine. Other than that it was good. The overall interior of the hotel was very nice and clean, but when when looking outside the back door there was trash all over. It looks very disgusting. Another subject, the two gentlemen at the front desk, from Jamaica, were very friendly and professional. Nonetheless, house keeper we're not as friendly and very early in the mornings one can hear the talking VERY load. One stay at a hotel to have a nice relaxing sleep and not women talking like people are having hearing problems. And it doesn't take much to say "good morning."
