Room could use a new coat of paint. Bathroom floor not very clean. Toilet was loose. Every time you sit or stand up the toilet rocked.

Breakfast was okay. Some days of my 2week stay it was good other days not hot. One day I mentioned the food was cold and I was told the early shift person forgot to turn the food warmer on. So was the eggs and sausage not safe to eat?

I couldn’t sleep there were ladybugs and stink bugs, crawling all over the ceiling, flying through the vents and crawling on my bed. I had to get my room switched, and it seems like it got even worse and I was told it was nothing that they can do.

I didn’t like that I had 2 dirty washcloths hanging on my shower, the ice machine was out of order and there were no lights on in the pool area. Front desk personnel did not know how to turn them on.

Beds were hard. Woke up both nights very tight and stiff. TV didn’t work when the remote didn’t either. Tried using the side of the tv and struggled.

The atmosphere looked comforting and kitchen area was nice!! Swimming facilities were nice just super warm inside.

The only thing was the remote did not work very well for the TV, And the water pressure was not great, but it works. Everything else was accommodating.

The young lady that checked me in and was also there in the morning was absolutely lovely. She was not only very professional but very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. This hotel met my needs. The room itself was clean.

Think they should fix the life preserver ring in the pool area.

The toilet was loose on the floor and wiggled around when you sat down. Room 219. Only one waffle maker worked, there was no juice because the machine was out of order, the TV closest to the window, wouldn't change channels( batteries need to be replaced)

The location is about 20-30 minutes away from anything really good to eat or entertainment but overall, I would 100% recommend this location.

The drive to the inn was gorgeous! This location is in Germantown, so the closer you get you start to see the style of houses change and you little feel like you are in little Germany. There was so much green everywhere! The inn & our room were extremely quiet, peaceful & SO CLEAN. We got the whirlpool tub & now, that is the only room I will ever get! Their water is shocking hot (good if you like nice steamy showers or a detoxing soak in the tub-just make sure you are careful).

Two people at front desk, only one couple ahead of us. The 2nd person couldn't be bothered with helping to check us in ( probably the manager). We stood and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Just rude.

Was locked out of my room because of dead batteries in lock. Staff was great getting it fixed. They also took care of me at checkout.

The stairways were dirty. Had issues with the TV in our room. Wish there was more breakfast options.

Shower drain was clogged. I informed the staff - no response. Pool door was locked or damaged. Had to be leg in. Once in the pool area - no towels. Had to go to the front counter twice to ask for towels. Water fountain not working in pool area. I paid more than most places for a nicer place. This was not a “nicer” “more expensive” experience.

Good variety for breakfast - but don't know how to make oatmeal...very watery every day.
