We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The walls were thin and could hear the neighbors conversation. It went till three am and started up again at seven am.
Breakfast was good. Loved the faint chair for reading. Bed comfortable.

It seemed like every light associated with the elevators needed to be replaced. The only buttons that lit up were the inside buttons you pressed. But you could never tell which floor you were on when moving. And the buttons to call the elevators were out as well.
Bed and room were comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to all of our needs, centrally located.

Bedding was too thick and caused night sweats. The comforter on our beds were very thick and didn't breathe well.

Breakfast was good, but the food was a little cold and they did not have a microwave in the dining area. Coffee was so-so. Plates were cheap and flimsy, as was the plastic silverware.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice fridge and microwave in the room. That's a plus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of channels on the telly. Breakfast was decent and they have a nice selection of foods and drinks at breakfast. Location is good.

There were a few patchwork issues on the walls that could have looked a bit better but otherwise stay was great
This hotel was very quiet and you could barely hear people outside in the hallway. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy!

Linen for sofa bed was not done or was provided j. Room. Room was not clean. Wall and desk had large stains of a “sauce” or something. Very noticeable. Mainly in the living area space. Other than that it was ok. Toilet paper was almost an empty roll.
Staff was nice and very approachable. Complimentary appetizer and beverage given as soon as I arrived. Lobby was clean. Free breakfast was given , serving area was clean and food was descent. Bakery goods a bit stale. Everything else was fine. Complimentary coffee station provided. Pool temp was good. Small work out area but doable.

Couldn't get coffee maker or safe to work.

Breakfast was vey good. Nice and convenient to have it included. Complimentary upgrade was much appreciated. We stay at this hotel 3 times a year to visit our grandchildren. We keep going back for the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the value. The swimming pool is always clean.

Instructions to work the shower. It took some figuring out.
Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room, quiet and pleasant stay. I liked the setup for the hotel-provided toiletries.

I didn’t like the bath tub. The tub floor sits 3” higher than the floor in the bathroom. I stepped out and fell not knowing it was like stepping down a stair. I hit the door with my shoulder and hit my head on the wall I went to ER and they put 3 staples on the back of my head to close the gash. I reported to the front desk. It was my own fault I didn’t pay attention to the tub, but I wish it would have been marked or a sign with “Caution”. Everything else was very good. I just don’t want anyone else to get hurt.
