The sheets and comforter were dirty, with make up stains from the previous persons stay. Requested new sheets and a comforter. But only the sheets were changed and not the comforter. Spider Webbs in the top right corner of the room and the floor had walls had stains on them.

The location was perfect, minutes away from the outlets and restaurants.

Looked nothing like the pictures online. It wasn't clean enough. Not even half of the outlets worked and none of the outlets in the bathroom worked. I had to do my hair outside of the bathroom without use of a mirror due to this. The tub had black mildew all around where the caulking has come out. Floor in room wasn't clean. Desk chair in room should go in the trash as it's torn up. There are uneven spots on the walls where repairs have been made incorrectly then painted over. I had no choice but to stay there because I made reservations and couldn't afford to lose my money but it wasn't what I expected from the pictures online. For the appearance and lack of cleanliness, it shouldn't of cost the amount it did. Day of check out, I knew checkout time was at noon and had do not disturb sign on my door that morning to get packed to leave yet housekeeping still knocked on the door and stood there until I opened the door. I couldn't communicate with the housekeeper to let her know I'm leaving at checkout time because she didn't speak or understand English and I don't speak or understand Spanish and there wasn't someone with her to translate so I felt rushed to get out earlier although I had nowhere to go at that time. I'd considered extending my stay but with no outlets really working and lack of cleanliness, I couldn't bring myself to do it.

I liked the location and ease in coming and going. Staff provided great communication and customer service. They always had a smile.

The bathroom tub area was in disrepair with cracked tiles, peeling plaster and paint. Both of us had a cold shower...no hot water. I mentioned it to the front desk staff on check out just to let them know. Without even looking up, she said she would let maintenance know. No apology. Breakfast was basic with no eggs or protein. The friendly attendant did some sausage for us.

The check in Staff was attentive and had good advice for providing our needs locally. Very nice lobby and breakfast area with free cookies! The room was fine, bed was comfy with nice linens and pillows.

The indoor pool is not heated, air conditioning full blast in the pool area. Unless you like to take ice baths . This pool is for you. Main reason I booked this hotel is to be able to use the pool.

Front desk people kept having to leave to take care of issues. Our room key would not open door to swimming pool. I chose your hotel over all the other medium priced hotels because you had an indoor pool. Maintenance man had to let us in-explaining they needed to replace the door, water was ice cold. As my main source of exercise I was very disappointed-I've never been to a indoor pool that was that cold. All I could do was walk in the shallow end, I could not get in any deeper. When I complained to the front desk the next morning, she claimed she had checked it the day before and it was just fine. She also said they can't keep it heated all the time or bacteria would grow. I ended that conversation, realizing that means whoever checks it knows nothing about chemicals or upkeep. It also seemed like only half of bathroom had been updated, pretty tile on wall behind mirror, but never could get any warm/hot water from sink. Bathtub was very slippery-was disappointed to not see at least one grab bar in the shower. Would've liked to have seen more pillows on our king bed(only 4), stayed at another hotel the night before, each queen had four pillows-might seem trivial-but made a huge difference. When at previous hotel for one night, they left us 6 towels, handtowels and washcloths. When I'm booked for 3 nights, we get 2 of each. If you are only going to check the room every 3 days, why make the customer go out of their way to ensure they have clean towels? It's the little things that make people want to come back to your hotel.

Looks like a car hit one of the columns in the front of the building that needs to be addressed. The ladies room in the lobby was not attended to in a timely manner.

I had to wait for the front desk clerk to finish her personal phone call to get checked in. I get up to the room and it’s FREEZING and pitch black. Got lights turned on and checked the thermostat and the temp in the room was 57! We turn the heat on to 67 and leave to go get dinner and snacks and when we get back an hour later, it’s still only 62 in the room and we discover there’s mini fridge and there’s no wash clothes or blanket for the bed. We go talk to the front desk clerk and she gives an apology and says they’re “waiting on the shipment” and I tell her that is something I should have been told at check in. She offered to move us rooms but we had already unpacked and she also said it would be a smaller room. My husband and I suggested us just taking that mini fridge from the available room because we don’t want a smaller room and didn’t want to take the time to pack up and unpack in a new room. We asked for some wash clothes and an extra blanket as well before going back upstairs and she acted quite bothered with our requests and having to get us a mini fridge. Then this morning as we’re packing up and making runs to our car, our keys stopped working, BOTH of them, before checkout time. They stopped working before 11:20 and checkout time was 12.

The room was very spacious and things were clean.

Bed was not comfortable. We made an early request for a room with bath tub. Didn't not get it, but the shower was nice.
