We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Did not hv room farmers drapes at least I thought until I came to desk the next morning and staff took me back to the room. So concealed never noticed them

Definitely showing it’s age and beds were very hard! Jacuzzi and pool area could use a good scrubbing.

Breakfast was fine, but pool very small and hot tub needed more water. It was freezing out at the time and I REALLY wanted to soak in there but the water was really low. Brought the dog because I had nobody to watch him; location great for that but they really overcharged me for that. I paid almost a THOUSAND dollars for four nights there which is way too high for this property in this town.
The location was perfect. My son had ACL surgery at Aspirus and physical therapy. I came up to be with him during this time.

The bed sheet seemed to come up as we slept, but other than that our trip was perfect.
The staff was amazing. We were staying somewhere for a wedding and they allowed us to check in late so we didn't have to run from the Venue back to our hotel! After a long night, the staff were amazing at allowing us a late check out so we could relax from the night before. Amazing team. It was a very nice room. The tub was to die for and just what I needed after a long night of wedding dancing!

THE ELEVATOR NEEDS ATTENTION!! Motor is loud and guests worry it will quit working. Everything else about our stay was very good.

extended stays get room service every three days somehow I managed to fall through the cracks but when I mentioned it they were there instantly
Location is good it was very well-maintained everything worked as it was supposed to work this was the weekend they have the semi finals for the girls ball teams, this weekend every year coincides with the one that I am there for. in the past they have run around all over at all hours making noise and raising hell They had a sign up that covered that behavior and they were clamped down on and except for one yell over the six days I was there you couldn’t have asked for a better behaved crew they also had a sign out front that I will enclose a picture of that I just loved!

Room keycard failed numerous times, needing reprogramming. Wifi tended to require signing back on. Breakfast buffet: eggs served were either frozen and reheated or powdered-not particularly great. Lack of availability of peanut butter. One day all the coffee at breakfast was cold. For a hotel 'known' for cookies, they were only available one day of stay out of 3.
Good location with easy access. Rates about average for area. Sufficiently quiet. Friendly staff. Comfortable king bed.

The hotel was very busy and some of the guests were very loud. Instead of using their rooms to talk, they were out in the halls. My room was very nice but I had a double queen room and I didn't need all that so I had to pay more for something I didn't need.
Clean, fabulous breakfast options. The pool is very nice.

Hot tub had sand or something gritty on bottom. Bed cover was stained
Nice breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes all were warm. Nice selection of fruit and pastries as well as a waffle maker. Plenty of options for beverage: milk, juices, coffee, tea.
