You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWell the bill wasn't right at first. They were charging me 25 dollars more than what booking.com had quoted. Found out they bill it for incidentals. It was removed. Then three days later I got billed for two bottles of water that were in my room when I arrived. Never had this happen before. I thought they were complimentary. The lady told me I should read the tag on the bottle. I'm not very happy with this.
The location was perfect. The staff was pleasant. It was quiet.

United States of Americathe hot tub was out of service at the only time I had availability to use it. step-in shower with shower chair that doesn't fit is an extremely poor set-up. the size of the chair makes it sit uncomfortably lopsided in the shower and then since the chair is twice as big as the shower, the curtain can't keep the water in and it gets all over the floor. also one of the shower heads wouldn't work. if it's user error, directions on how to make both heads work would be nice.
biscuits and gravy breakfast with waffles is always a win. Coffee was not stellar. Staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. beds are comfy.

United States of AmericaAlthough the room was a good size it wasn't as clean as it should have been. there was crumbs under the furniture that I could see when I sat on the couch and I had to go get a blanket because there was only sheets on the bed, other than that my stay was pleasant.
The suite was large like the size of a one bedroom studio apartment. The staff was inviting and polite. Also the selection for breakfast was great.
