I was in desperate need of some fingernail clippers! lol I thought it was strange that their was not an option to purchase anything of that nature in the lobby or front desk. A place as nice as this one should definitely have an option to buy things you might forget on a road trip! 🙂

Inside of shower is SUPER slick- just fyi. Only 2 bath towels -ok but on the thinner side. Bed had a newer mattress which was nice,but it was fairly firm. The carpet in hallway had some dust and they routinely go thru spraying air freshener in downstairs area.It made me wonder what they were covering with the air freshener. They are flying US flag with a huge whole in it and it and Tx flag are in desperate need to be replaced. The front desk person knew about the flags and said the owner lived out of state and knew about this but had done nothing. Our 2nd night, I had to ask about why parking lot lights not on. The night before they were great. They had just forgotten to turn them on,but did so when I asked about it.

I was in a recently remodeled room. It was very clean and I like that there was tile (NO carpet 😀)in the room. Did have standard breakfast bar options - waffle, powdered eggs, bacon ,cereal etc - just a little haphazardly displayed. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The stains in some towels were a bit much but the staff helped with that right away.

the room is not sound proof at all, but the advertisement on booking.com said it was. I could hear the neighbors playing loud music. Not a huge issue, but please remove it.

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping was knocking on the door and actually tried to come in the room at 10 am and check out is at 12pm. Very annoying. Also the shower head doesn't bend down so water went all over the floor and not enough towels.

Staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Check in process. There were 3 people behind the check In counter but only one person actually working. I had a prepaid reservation but still had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to wait on me and even though my room was pre booked and paid for it took a very long time to get my paperwork completed. They waited on people without reservations first.

We did have a hard time with the a/c in the room. At first we thought the unit was broken, then we figured out it had to be operated by the thermostat but then the thermostat was broken. We just had to hit the button alot because it wouldn't catch every press I guess, it was just so hot in there at first for the first hour.

Everything was good, the room was spotless. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy. Then in the morning all the kids got breakfast.

Toilet paper was extremely low to the floor. Very bad location for it. The A/C was louder than it should've been.

The only thing that was bad was that the mattress was a bit hard. Completely understand that isn't anything major.

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff went above and beyond to help with making sure we were taken care of.
