You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HOT TUB was closed way too often… little pool as well….chemical testing?? Disappointing…

The hot tub was cold, the pool area needs a good cleaning. The slide on the outside looked blackish maybe mold and the post for the slide are missing bolt covers. Food and dirt on the floor
The staff. The breakfast buffet. And the fire pit.

The hot tub was broken, which was disappointing. Had I known this ahead of time, I probably would have canceled the reservation. The pool seemed overcrowded, but it was during school break. There was no one managing the slide. Kids were going 5 at a time, and kids were standing at the bottom of the slide, which seemed dangerous. I didn't notice this the last time we stayed here. My shower was lukewarm at best, then halfway through warmed up. I'm not sure if half the hotel was showing at the same time or what! My 8 yr old daughter noticed the bathroom vent was covered with a thick coat of dust/lint!
The room was large, comfortable, and fairly clean and quiet.

Room service did not deliver fresh towels
Breakfast was a hit for the kids. Had a pancake maker and a waffle maker that was a plus. Eggs weren't great but thats what you get at hotels. Overall just wanted my kids happy. Pool/with slide and kid pool.

The carpets seemed really worn and dirty, the WiFi was super slow, I was there 3 nights and asked for room service the 2nd full day and did not receive
It was nice to have the pool with the water slide - a nice added touch

We did online checkout but they never emailed my receipt.
Kids loved the pool and slide but the water fountain was all rusted and nasty.

Breakfast was lacking protein and fruit options - plenty of carbs for the kiddos. Traffic flow was awful and needs a rework; two dedicated staff were unable to keep up with restocking and ran out of several food options and even coffee at one point. Adult only hours are not enforced in the pool area.
Loved the outdoor fire pit for breakfast! Beds were fairly comfortable. Hot tub was hot! Front desk staff were very friendly.

Curtains were soiled. Carpet was soiled probably from regular wear. Mattress was soft at the edge. I had to sleep in the center of it to get some support.
Breakfast, Pool, and layout of motel was great. For the most part room was clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Fire pit outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding.

Our room was not very clean. The linens were clean. The shower was stained and full of hair. The ceiling and vents covered in dust. The carpet was stained all over. Hair in the corners. The couch cushions were dirty and crusty. There were a ton of dogs staying here and most of us are allergic to pet dander. Is this something we have to start asking about before staying at a hotel now? We all left stuffed up and sneezing.
The kids loved the pool and slide. Air conditioning is cold! Breakfast had a lot of options and pretty yummy food. Lobby and breakfast area are beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and sweet

Pool was cold and there wasn't even minimal housekeeping like emptying garbages and picking up wet towels. 2 tiny garbage cans filled quickly with 3 little boys.
Breakfasts were excellent, grandkids loved the waterside and pool although the water was chilly, we loved the hot tub and the laundry room, comfortable beds.

Broken floor tiles in bathroom, stains all over carpet and curtains, very rusty sprinkler in bathroom, sink in the bathroom had a hard time draining
My kids loved the pool and the waterside. It was a very relaxing and much needed trip.
