Not enough parking, elevator really slow, access only available at front door, disability room shower small and shower curtain to short - leaks water on floor - slip hazard - bed has metal sticking out on sides - ripped open my ankle, rooms on north side all you here is racing cars all night and morning, 2 rooms booked - opposite floors not even close to each other

The pool is dirty. There are not enough towels in the room for two queen beds. They knew I had three guest and left enough towels for two people. Room phone did not work. Loud guest in the hall at 6am.

Does anyone else think it's odd that there aren't any towel racks or hooks in the bathroom? No where to hang anything in there.

Elevator was sketchy - not in great working condition. Said cookies were available 24/7. They were available once the entire 3 days we were there. Drawers kept opening and wouldn’t remain shut. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Had to prop it open

Breakfast was good, although it was very busy and some food items were out and to be fair I didn't stay around long enough to see if it was restocked as I took the food back to my room. I was satisfied with the breakfast options. The pool and hot tubs were nice.

When arrived there was no parking spot for me to park in. Got to our room to find out it was a 2 full bed room, not the room I booked.

Location was good, breakfast wasn’t bad but would have been nice to have milk for the cereal. Beds were comfy.

First of all when we checked in and went to the room it was already occupied with another family. came downstairs to tell the desk person . They could not find us another room that fit the whole family so three of us had to end up in one bed which was very uncomfortable. I paid for a suite with 2 bed and pull out couch. Asked if I could talk to manager about the price difference and they did not care finally got an answer from David he felt really bad and haul our state ended up throughout our stay. We should have gotten refund on room I ordered and change lower rate for room we ended up with. NOT HAPPY At ALL!!

Parking in a field every night, not acceptable. Our card keys worked sporadically and had to be recharged often. Our room was loud. The soap was a splinter. They were working on the roof and because of parking issue you were forced to park in perilous spots. We hoped our vehicle didn't get damaged.

no scrambled eggs for breakfast. just hard boiled. after checked in early and returned later, went into the bathroom and the smell was VERY bad!!!! It is a smoke free inn. the smell was coming from another room through the bathroom vent(?). It was pot smell, very, very skunky smell. I called up the manager to smell for themselves. she agreed and said she would make sure we were not charged for smoking in the room. no other rooms available or discount offered.

location was great. easy on and off main roads. It was clean and update for a smaller inn. the night manager was polite and understanding. outside was well maintained. would return if needed a place to stay. bed was comfortable.

We got there to check in at 10:30pm saturday night for our big vikings game trip. waited in lobby 20-30 minutes waiting for everyone to figure out if our room was ready. It was late and everyone tired. We booked a suite so we had plenty of room and an extra bed to find they had no suite ready or available for us we had to go to two beds. My kids were not impressed and my mother was not impressed. Oh and then sheets had stains and cigarette butt on the ground under bed. To make it right, they would only credit $35 toward the room.

Friday eve checkin only had one staff person. He was too busy with phone and everything to provide good service. Very warm outside. Upon entering our room the ac was turned off Took several hours to cool it down. No bedding available at desk fir sofa couch bed. No pillows. Fridge did not work. At breakfast items ran out Abe were not replaced. Definitely not sane service as other locations of this Raddison property.

The cheap labor on fixed repairs. Needs new contractors to finish the needed labor on repairs. 1 Whirlpool was broken and the other barely working jets
