Upon arrival the clerk said that they didn’t have a room for me. I had booked a month before. She told me I could go to another hotel. Then she “found” an upgraded room which I agreed to for the same cost. When I got into that room it was what I had originally booked. Frustrating to go through.

The staff was not very friendly - it seemed like they were preoccupied and had somewhere else to be. No one ever acknowledged me, said hello or have a nice day when I walked by them at the front desk and when they did converse it was very short and quick.

I think the reason it was so affordable, is because it was under construction. Nothing on Booking.com, or the hotels website indicate it was under construction. The pool was closed and that is one reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. They accidentally gave a room to someone else, and had to get the “manager” involved to find us a room that would fit her family. The “manager” may have dropped some cuss words in front of us during the process. Not us, but in front of us, but I’m entirely unprofessional. The lady checking us in originally was very nice and professional. Our room was clean, but they put us in the hallway with a lot of construction debris. This is a little thing, but the handle continually kept falling off our bathroom door.

Very affordable. We very much liked their breakfast.

There were live ants in the room and in the bathroom. That made us feel like the room was dirty. The front desk personnel came and sprayed bug spray which was nice, but there continued to be alive ants in the room.

The breakfast is not good at all. They don't have much to offer and even at 7am it was pretty well picked over. The breakfast used to be AMAZING so I was disappointed that they no longer offered a nice breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The price is affordable. They are doing some renovations so the lobby area and carpets were being worked on at the time.

For the size of the room, could have had more seating. Climate control in the room was hard to regulate.

Bed fitted sheet was dirty and smelled as if disinfectant was sprayed on it. Good thing I brought my own blanket. Asked for water bottle and never got an answer.

Swimming pool was closed down. Paid more to stay at this motel because of that. Pillows could have been bigger.

No carpet in room, so there was a hard cold floor that was filthy and bathroom was extra filthy and didn’t look like it was cleaned at all just restocked. Beds were too soft and pillows were so flat that they were basically nonexistent

We used booking.com to get the room. The hotel was overbooked and could not honor our booking. Not sure if it was the hotels issue or booking.com

It was not clean at all. Old bar of soap under bathroom sink. Tub looked old and dirty. There was blood in the elevator looked like from a bloody nose. All the carpets were stinky, dirty, and stained! Soda machine dispensed warm drinks.

inconvenience of only allowing guest one room key. Went to breakfast at 8am and had to wait over a half an hour for them to bring out eggs. they were out off all other breakfast items. (no meat, bagels, potatoes, cereal and only had 2 yogurts)
