Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Evening desk clerk was not at the desk when arrived- doing something in the breakfast area. She was not very friendly and it appeared she felt we were interrupting her. Day shift clerk was excellent and very friendly.

Continue updating, carpets, tv service. Picture on the tv was not full screen and remote could not control volume. Wonderful fellow , Justin came in to adjust the tv the best he could.
Easy access from hwy. Very clean room. Hotel has done some updates since my last stay. Love the new smaller pillows, you can actually sleep on them. Scrambled eggs and sausage, yum. Freshly baked cookies and mints.

I am not sure if the vent had mold on it but it was nasty. The carpet had stains all over. The shower/tub had no hand rail lost my balance and didn't have anything to hold on to. The television signal went out several times. No ice machine on the floor had to go to the first level. Only one elevator worked which meant you had to wait a bit when the hotel became fully booked. I did not have a blanket or extra pillow for the pull out sofa.
I liked that the room had separate sleeping quarters, two closets, two TVs, and the bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. The microwave worked and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good.

Staff seemed bothered by customers. Rugs were old/stained in room. No hair dryer. Toilet runs. Breakfast buffet was depleted, when staff was asked to replenish , we received no response. Also, booked a king room, when arrived none available, so gave us a queen. Different $ for with or without breakfast, all came with breakfast. Very deceptive. Expected more from a Radisson property.
Convenient location. Good size room. Clean, nice linens and freshly painted. Good value with small minuses.

Front desk staff was nice enough, not friendly but not nasty either. Furniture was adequate bur run-down. Overall, below the levels I expected when I booked this chain.
Everything seemed clean and had a pleasant smell. Breakfast was good... standard hot breakfast for a hotel. Good value for the area.

Needs maintenance. The ice machine on my floor was broken, and only one elevator was working. No soap in lobby restroom and only a roll88 of paper towels; the towel dispenser not filled.
Nice staff; comfortable bed. Takes pets.

The breakfast didn't start until 7am, that was our depart time so we got no breakfast.A bit over priced and the room had NO darkening drapes, was bothered by the bright lights all around our room, I got NO sleep because of this.
It was convenient to the location I was going to. The repair guy came and fixed the very loose toilet seat, much appreciated.

Needs work, stained carpets, leaky faucet base, toilet flushing mechanism needs replaced (will continually flush), etc. As far as booking thru Booking.com, they let me book a room they didn't have, so upon arrival the hotel upcharged for the room they did have - no deal at all.

Not very clean. The carpet in the halls, stairs and the room were really dirty. The elevator walls and floors were dirty. But the tile floors were clean and I did see a housekeeper mopping.
Convenient location, super sweet staff, really nice breakfast. Good hot shower.
