We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMen hanging out in the parking lot.. The place was under renovations, the carpet had been removed with bare concrete. There were no window fixtures in the room, just a big plastic sheet half on half off with bog light in parking lot outside. The front desk person came and taped it out so that it at least blocked the light. Was also missing baseboard in the room. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but they should have let us know that it was under renovations and offer a discount.

United States of AmericaThere was construction taken place so some of those arears were messy. I did not experience construction noise because I was up and out and then not back until late. So it really did not bother me.
The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Plenty of parking and you were able to get in back and side doors instead of having to go to the main lobby when your car was parked in the back. My room was clean.

CanadaHighway noise travelled through the window on the 4th floor, very small pool with little shade and no privacy Elevator had an ear-splitting bing for every floor. It scared me every time! Some renovations still outstanding like hallway carpet.

The hallways were bare concrete, the painting incomplete and our room windows were covered with black plastic. Also, the shower water was tepid at best. This hotel either should not have been open or should have been at a considerable discount.

The lobby and breakfast room were complete but the hallways were still being renovated after the hurricane. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and ready at 6 am. The lady who prepared it was very efficient and capable.

United States of AmericaDidn’t know the hotel was under complete renovation. We had people painting in the hallway at 11pm and pounding on walls at 1 am. We were stepping in dust and dirt every time we stepped into the hallway. We didn’t have curtains on the window.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast, on 9/22 I think, was not ready. The tables in the breakfast area were always sticky. Our shoes stuck to the floor in the area by the waffle maker. I don't think the staff assembling the bread related items should use their bare hands. Use gloves. I know you have to provide smoking areas. Benches were set back on either side of the front entrance. It was disgusting to walk by morning or night to see the unsightly ashes and cigarette butts all over the surface. Hardly a attractive welcome. At least the woman in the pool was using a coffee cup as an ashtray. Remind someone to remove the masking tape left on the bathroom door hinges after painting. One morning the hallway was littered with strange white stuff and some hay. Apparently a guest had housed a rabbit? That's a first for me! The housekeeping must have such interesting stories!! Bless them.
The variety for breakfast was very good considering the hot food came out of a freezer. There were healthy choices. The condiments were well organized and readily accessible. The fresh hot coffee always available in the lobby was great! The room temperature was stable and the air-conditioning unit was sooo quiet. I liked the clean solid flooring Dana in housekeeping was wonderful!
