Cleaner room. Not place guest in renovated area. The carpet in the hall near my room 117 was coming up. They didn’t have a working soft drink machine to get water. They did have excellent coffee along with cold water and cranberry juice for breakfast. The family owned business were nice. I liked that l felt safe and they have someone there throughout the night. Give them to the end of the year and it will be great after renovations.

It’s a Radisson and l paid old Radisson high end prices for a place that they are renovating. They had beautiful white towels, which l used to wipe down the room. I stayed in the room because it had a shower. The bathroom was under renovation - glue and white caulking everywhere. The same in the bedroom area. No closet or rack to hang clothes.

No bathroom near check in

Upon arrival and check in owners said there was no bathroom near check in. I had to go outside. Next morning at breakfast owner showed me a downstairs bathroom. Guess they didn’t want to clean it

Nothing works in the rooms. Electrical is all the way off. Most of the power outlets are out. Had to purchase a power surge to connect all of our devices to charge. Morning staff was rude. No sense of direction. Need a lot more customer service and people skills.

I booked this hotel because of the pool for my kids. We unfortunately were unable to swim because the pool was absolutely filthy. Green moss and leaves all in it. It definitely hadn't been clean all summer. I called before I came they said it was open then got there and they unlocked it for me. When I looked in it me and my family immediately went back to our room. Worst pool ever to be considered open......

Had a dehumidifier in room . Dumped it 4 times. Could not take any breakfast items including coffee to your room. Had 2 employees stationed at breakfast room. I tried to take 1 small granola bar and was told I couldnt.

I didn’t like having to pay a deposit, and the room was pretty old. Also, the chair was dirty, the thermostat had low batteries, and the desk lamp didn’t work. I think there were quite a few oversights in the preparation of this room.

It was a large space, and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast was pretty good, too.

There was missing tile in the bath that looked like it fell over, the toilet paper roll kept coming off. I believe they are remodeling it. Some of the ceiling tiles looked rough as well

The room was nice the staff at first seemed to be irritated but polite because I had booked online and nothing was said about a deposit. But later on when I thought I lost my key was very helpful and very polite.

They had alot people come out at night/early morning asking for money or cigarettes and they are remodeling NO BREAKFAST

The bed where comfortable and it was quiet for being right by the highway. The second room we got which was pet friendly the ac worked great but the 1st night the ac didn't work well but in all it was good

Cleaning inside hallways

Breakfast was adequate and average. King bed was saggy on right side. Staff seemed unable to cope with cleaning rooms and the inside hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Bathroom appeared clean and towels were good.
