I really booked the hotel to be able to relax in the hot tub after a six hour drive. After we checked in we immediately went to the pool area only to find there is no longer a hot tub. The hot tub has been gone for about two months! Had this been mentioned I may have picked another hotel. Ironically I was sent a survey on my phone and I voiced these same concerns that veryday. I got a response that apologized for the inconvenience and stated a front desk agent would contact me right away. More than 24 hours later and still no contact.

The front desk person was very nice. The hotel and my room were very clean. Great location. Comfy beds.

Only 2 things I didn't care for and they are only minor-1. Not all the side entrances were accessible from the backside of the property. I got back to the hotel very late one night and had to park in the back. The side entrance I was closest to was out of order. So I had to walk around the entire building to get to the front entrance. Even though the area was lit, it was not ideal after midnight in the dark alone. 2. My room had a weird smell. I couldn't quite identify it, but I'm thinking since they had an indoor pool that it was the chemical smell of the chlorine mixed with something else. Wasn't overpowering, just weird.

My room was adequate. It was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of hot and cold options for eating and drinking. The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my annoying questions.

The other doors to the building (side/back doors) were not working. very limited parking in front means many park in the back, and walk all the way around to the front (it’s awkward and not always well lit)

The staff were very friendly, and were working hard during the breakfasts rush, refilling and cleaning tables. The room was comfortable, and the a/c worked well

No hot tub. Pool water was cold. Exercise/gym was out of order. Ten CEN charge for soda paid with credit card but machine would only accept one dollar bills.

They claimed to have an excellent breakfast but I would say it was good but I wouldn't say excellent. Still happy with it.

Bed was somewhat stiff. We stayed at the end of the hall, near the stairs. Seems there was a faulty stairway door and door stop that allowed it to open quickly and slam loudly into the wall, which happened to be the wall to our room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great - easy to access, plenty of eating and shopping options nearby.

Parking with a trailer. we had to unhook and put it next to our truck. We didn't have a lock for it so someone could have stolen it.

The location was great. Clean and had lots of things to do. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and to make sure everything was to our liking.

We were disappointed this stay. Problems with check-in and housekeeping needs ro be better. The glass door to the shower is not being cleaned on the lowest half. The bottom of the glass door and the tracking were GROSS! The bathroom floors werent clean under the counter. We have stayed here before which is why we came back but doubt we will next time.

had a racist neighbor which I know is not y’all fault. kept his door cracked and complained we were noisy only cause the stairs door slammed when closes by his room.
