Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cleanliness, Christian verses, and atmosphere. Quaint and homey feel but has hotel quality services. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities.

The only issue I had was no wifi (not that I could find when I tried to connect) - so probably not ideal for anyone that plans on working while there. Also, the cable went in and out a lot. Otherwise, it was perfect!
The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable and the staff was super friendly. It was easy to find places to eat, and I really enjoyed watching the buggies go up and down the road.

Would recommend upgrading the TVs in the rooms.
This Inn is superbly situated out of the way of the mainstream yet close enough to drive to points of interests in minutes. The rooms are exactly as advertised. There is certainly better lodging in the Lancaster area but for the price this was a good selection. Rooms were clean.

A mini fridge in the room would be nice, but other than that was perfect.
Quiet country decor. Across the street was a farm with cows. There were rocking chairs in the room. We sat in them and watched the sunset from our window. Location was close to everything. Can get to most attractions, shops within 30 min or less.

Very small dresser. No microwave or minifridge.
Great location to visit popular areas. Our room was small, but well appointed with a king size bed, pleather love seat, and electric fireplace with a heater. It was decorated with Lancaster county memorabilia.

Nothing really...didn't have a refrigerator or microwave but we didn't really need one.
It was in a great location from everything we wanted to do. Very quiet...didn't hear road traffic, etc. The room was simply decorated with country and Amish styles, beautiful quilts on the bed, stenciling decorated the walls. Very clean, beds were comfortable and lots of towels in the bathroom. Shower was great, lots of hot water and water pressure. Would definitely stay here again!

that there was no refrigerator in the rooms no information given as far as where ice machine was located. The desk staff eas friendly when we checked in at 2:00 p.m. when we checked out at 2;30 a.m. the gentleman was a little cranky. When my husband went to check on what to do with room key earlier in the day the lady had her back to the counter and didn't hear my husband come in she was playing on computer or phone. He finally said excuse me and she finally acknowledged him. The room was EXCELLENT.

Our room, one of the beds, the mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable sleeping. Also our bathroom didn't have a blow dryer. I specifically asked if there were blow dryers and was told YES, so I didn't bring mine from home. Asked at the front desk about getting a blow dryer, was told they didn't have ANY. Asked if they could take one from another room, was told NO. So, I had to go out AND BUY A BLOW DRYER, RIDICULOUS. So much for customer service. NOT HAPPY. It wasn't like we were just staying overnight. We were there for 4 days.
It was quiet at nice & centrally located.
