The room was pretty much what we expected. We needed a room for the night before an early flight out of Sky Harbor. We slept very well and enjoyed a nice hot shower. The reception folks were cheerful and friendly. We walked to the property next door for diner which was good.

Location near airport was good, but too high of a price for the hotel. Possible renovations being done, but…masking tape holding room numbers on haphazardly, pool closed, hair dryer not working, etc. …would not stay here again.

Cannot depend on airport pickup. It's not a regular service, you need to phone for pickup. Unfortunately the hotel's phones were not working so we could not contact them. Take a rideshare. Towels are very thin

This hotel offer a free transport from and to the airport. The number I called didn't answer so I had to take a cab. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing to the busy University Drive. After complaing they gave me a room facing to the quieter parking lot but having the central A/C in front of my window. So far about customer service. There was a computer in the lobby, but the mouse didn't work - so completely useless. The cable of one lamp was so horribly twisted that the isolation was broken and the copper wire was exposed. The pool was closed.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well equipped room (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer). Good breakfest and starting very early in the morning. Shuttle to the airport without problems.

free shuttle service stops at 11pm, so had to get Uber for flight that got in at 11.15pm. Room smelled musty and fittings a little tired - could do with an update.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was great value for the price. I stayed for 3 nights and 2 full days. I spent a whole day in the room for my work. They have some construction going on but did not hear any disturbance during my stay there. The front desk staff is great. I saw a lot of families with children during breakfast times. Overall good place to stay with a great value for the price.

They put me in the floor that they were renovating! Noisy during the day! Needs some updates! (That’s why they are renovating) Silverware and plates for breakfast should not be plastic!

The walls are thin and you could hear everything, from people talking in the hall to the rooms next door. I was in room 131, and the people in 133 had a couple small children that were up very early on Sunday morning banging, yelling, and crying, FOR HOURS! It was the reason I went ahead and checked out 3 hours early.

I did not utilize any of the breakfast options. The room was alright and I was not there for any airport services, but I did notice they had shuttle service.

On the website it states free parking which I assumed was while we left our vehicle there during our trip, was told in the morning it was $15.00/day, would probably have just used a park and ride near the airport and not stayed the night if I had known this prior.

Convenient to the airport and to a restaurant, basic but suited our needs for one night. Deanna checked us in and was extremely helpful, high marks for her. Also the shuttle driver Jackson was very personable and went above and beyond . The chocolate cookies were a nice bonus and appreciated the breakfast bags for an early morning flight before the regular breakfast started.

Facilities were only ok, a little run down, I didn't feel safe at first. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was free but only runs on the hour, so not super convenient.
