No breakfast included in the price. Not much within walking distance, so you'll need a car to get around.

Parking costs $10/day so be aware. It's kinda tricky getting in/out of the place but just follow your NAV and you'll be fine. Access to Old Town requires a car, unfortunately.

Location very good, 10 min. walk to Yellow line station. Room was average and nice, nothing special. If you have a car, you can access the beltway and Old Town readily.

Put luggage racks in rooms. Put shower chair in rooms. Add more then 2 handicap parking spaces. Housekeeping should start later in morning or be aware when room is empty. I missed housekeeping 3xs during my 7 night stay.

I stayed at this Marriott many times before the pandemic. I choose it again for this trip. Helpful very staff, but the entire experience was not the same as before.

Everything was as I'd expect from a Marriott brand. No complaints.

Jessica and Cha checked me in. There was a problem finding my reservation but Jessica jumped in and found it. I loved my interaction with both of them, so much so that I spoke to them like old friends each time I saw them. They are the type of front desk staff that you want greeting you.

Refrigerator in room is very tiny. Can't store very much in it.

Food service is minimal. We ate only one time ...a simple quesadea and a blt sandwich was over 30. Staff is very helpful. As of Sept 1, they now charge $10 a night to park in their lot. I reserved the room well before that time and will not have to pay the new parkinf fee. Hotel is very quiet in rooms facing the street. Rooms to the rear will hear traffic noise off the interstate and tangle of highways directly in back.

Not much to say here, we didn't get breakfast from the hotel so I can't speak on that. Everything was up to standard and we had a great time.

The staff was super nice and I felt very welcomed. The room was very comfy and clean. The shower in the bathroom was really nice and had good water pressure. We used the mini fridge in the room for things we bought in the old town! :)

After checking in and then returning to our room in the later evening, we discovered that our air conditioner was not working, we had to change rooms. The staff did find us another room quickly, after sending maintenance up to confirm the a/c was inop. We moved to another room with a working air conditioner. However, the room smelled like moth balls. We were too tired to change rooms again. We had to air the room out each day that we returned, but the smell did clear after about 30 minutes each time that we did that.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very good, and right next to the train station. The rooms were quiet, except for the air conditioners.

Toilet was running loudly and the handle was broken when we arrived - very noticeable issue that should have been fixed before we got there. Like most hotels, the shower pressure was awful. No microwave in the room. Room was very dim at night - why are there never overhead lights?? No charging ports in the room that we could find.

Bed was comfortable. Only hotel with free parking in the area and it was covered to boot! Toilet handle was broken when we arrived but was repaired quickly when we reported it. Cable was out (not the hotel's fault) and the poor guy at the front desk did a great job managing a crazy lady haranguing him about it. Hotel is starting to show its age, but is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't order a breakfast, it seemed overpaid. But if you don't have much time to go somewhere for breakfast, it'll work for you. They serve breakfast from 7 till 10 am.
