You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaPool was drained; “fitness center” was tiny and consisted of two treadmills, a recumbent bike, and a small stand of free weights; breakfast not included but if you order something from the breakfast counter, expect to pay $$$. Fortunately lots of restaurants nearby.
Connected to convention center which was purpose of trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Lady at front desk was super friendly.

I love the convenience of its location which allowed ease of commute to various locations.

United States of AmericaFurniture was very beat up. Whole on our room door. Stained carpet. Ants in the bathroom. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing asked for help and she said just lift up the handle. I had 2 separate bookings and called ahead to ask if we didn’t have to switch rooms. They said I could. Then when we got there, they made us switch rooms. I also booked a king bed, we got 2 queens. Maid service we didn’t receive, when I asked, they said we had to stay for 3 nights to get service. There was no note anywhere about this.
Attached to the convention center. Lobby restaurant service was very good and friendly.

United States of AmericaThe lock did not work. I had to call help to open the door. The bathroom was not clean at all, somebody’s hair over the drain and tub with soap leftover and dirty shower curtain. Initially I did not check the bathroom as I checked in and left. When I came back and wanted to relax and take shower I had to call help desk. A very nice man Willy cleaned the tub and collected hair to show to the supervisor. The ceiling had crack. There was a very loud noise from the wall like AC pipe or vent pipe not working properly. I could not sleep, this noise woke me up several times at night.
I was greeted by a very nice woman behind the counter. She was friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 for staff.
