To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a standard airport hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and free airport shuttle. Since there was no restaurant in the hotel (as stated in the description), they called a shuttle to take us to the only nearby restaurant free of charge.

United States of AmericaI booked a King room and received a double. Since we were staying as a couple this was quite uncomfortable. Especially since the “Queen “ bed seemed more like full sized in my opinion. When I asked what happened, I was told they oversold the king rooms and they were sold out. I think what was most annoying is that I was told I was “upgraded”. How is that an upgrade?
It was clean and I had no real complaints about the facilities. It was close to the airport which was great.

United KingdomAlthough in theory, there is food available on-site, the portion of the lobby reserved for eating was bleak as well and all but deserted. Fortunately, there's a Ruby Tuesday's about a five-minute walk away, which was more lively. Not much else nearby that I saw.
Spacious room with small private balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. Comfortable bed plus a small sofa for lounging. Convenient free airport shuttle.

The room was super clean! 10/10! Safety was big. You had to use your room key to enter/exit the property. Staff was very pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze with no issues.

The staff are great and the hotel is beautiful. We park our car here using the Way app when we travel, but this time we decided to stay overnight before an early flight the following day. We didn’t eat breakfast because we were out the door before it began.
