We didn't really like that we had to pay for breakfast I think it should come included with our rooms, But that was the only thing we did not like.

Very nice, clean spacious, room, comfortable beds. We stayed on the 2nd floor, showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash hooked to wall loved that and the small porch outside. Even though we didn't get to swim it's nice that they have a swimming area for in the summer outside they also have a small gym . It's was a nice and clean place to stay and quiet 😀 definitely will stay here again.

Bed wasn't as comfortable (king bed) as I expected, and the room felt pretty humid.

Staff at reception and Starbucks coffee inside the hotel were really nice.

Inadequate lighting in the parking lot. Ice maker was broke on the 2nd floor had to go downstairs to get ice. The electronic lock to the entry door was broken making the guest to have to walk around the building to gain access.

The room was nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Very hot. Bed was very comfortable

The breakfast that Booking says is included for $0.10 is not honored, which is odd. So, if you eat their breakfast, expect to pay full price. There is a Panera across the street though, which is convenient.

It's in a pretty central location in Norcross, and the whole place is well kept. It's clean and nothing seems out of order. The staff were quick to help out when a hairdryer wasn't to be found in the room. They sent one up in minutes. There is a Mon-Thu bar available in the hotel, and Starbucks coffee is available in the lobby throughout the daytime hours, every day of the week.

Cheap toilet paper and tissue. Pillows had little support. Asked for a room with handicap accommodations and it was at the end of the building. The long walk was hard to negoiate.

Room was well appointed. The bed was especially comfortable.

Running machine seems old, so it would be better to be changed as new one. After using laundry, I don't have drying rack in my room.

I don't eat breakfast in the hotel because it doesn't include it. Instead, I got microwave. Also, the laundry is comfortable to me.

Bed is very comfortable. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in the room. Liked the body wash and shampoo in the shower. I was also allowed to check in at 2pm. Very generous check-out time of 12 noon.

Seemed like an older property and needs updating. No breakfast included in price. Card access to property in the back parking lot didn’t work.

I obviously misunderstood the description of the hotel amenities. I assumed I could get a free cup of coffee in the lobby at a Courtyard, but I had to buy a Starbucks coffee at the food counter. And the "sit down" breakfast that is offered is actually just a Starbucks counter that you order basic breakfast items at. Seemed rather petty for the brand and the price.

The lobby staff and the gentleman working the Starbucks counter were wonderful and the facility very clean.

WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED OR SANITIZED. I WALK INTO THE ROOM AND THE BED IS STILL UNMADE FROM SOMEONE HAVING HAD SLEPT IN IT. I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO REQUEST A NEW ROOM. WHICH THE DESK ATTENDANT DID GIVE ME.

I KNOW THE QUALITY OF MARRIOTT COURTYARDS AND AM HARDLY EVER DISAPPOINTED IN MY STAY. I ALSO KNOW THE REPUTATION OF THIS COURTYARD FOR MY FORMER EMPLOYER USED TO PUT STUDENTS UP AT THIS LOCATION.

The smells in the hallways were awful. I changed room 3 times but all the walking back and forth to the front desk kinda had me running late to my event. Then at night there were kids running through the lobby playing and climbing all over the furniture as if they were at a playground 🤨

Hotel is out dated, dirty, small rooms and they smell, there is just one elevator and you have to walk a lot just to get to your room. The sofa bed is just for one person and they never clean the room in all my stay.
