Lack of meal options. On Sunday the room maintenance staff didn’t make my bed, clean the room or provide fresh bath linens.

There was no breakfast.

Our stay was late July 2023 the weather for the most part was hot. I want to get in the pool but it was locked up. The TV service only has a handful of channels and it kept going out and not working during our stay. It is a nice place but we switched hotels because we have a toddler and the TV issue became difficult

The room was big and clean. Staff was friendly and lots of places to eat with in walking distance.

My incidentals some were empty, the lotion thankfully i had my own... They didn't make my bed on Saturday afternoon they only dropped off fresh towels and soap... I had to ask for clean sheets when I got back from outing... lastly the pool wasn't open.... 😥😥

Comfort was cool nobody bothered us it was private... that part was excellent. There was no microwave in the room... coffee maker didn't work

My spouse and I have have come to this specific hotel 6 times. The first 4 interactions with staff was great. The last 2 interactions not so much. I have had 2 interactions with Sharde (the clerk). The first interaction was great. I suppose the reason of her great attitude is due to me making an online reservation. My spouse informed me the clerk had an attitude because he didn't book online. I thought maybe he had said something to give her a bad attitude however the interaction June 11th had me thinking otherwise. We didn't make an online reservation. When we walked up to the front desk she greeted us with her head down at the computer then looking up. She asked for his id. After a few seconds of holding his id she asked if he made a reservation. He said no. She rolled her eyes up to the ceiling and said I told you to make a reservation last time. She began talking about this long line in back of us but there was only one guy standing there but he walked away. It's apparent to me that she is trying to do as less work as possible. She has an attitude because she had to work at work. She may need to go through a customer service class and/or utilize EAP services. Everyone is going through something but personal situations should be left outside of the work building and not placed on paying customers. I told my spouse we have 1 more time to come here and if there is another bad interaction we will find other accommodations. Thank you so much for your time

I like the room with the balcony. I like the option of getting a room with one or not.

pretty outdated facilities (walls peeling, stains on floor, broken A/C unit, in need of a good cleaning). And my toilet didn’t work great, and the shower head was dislocated from the wall.

Way over priced considering it was under remolding Plastic on the windows of the outside of hotel And I would thought book it where I reserved hotel Would have let me know it's under remodeling

I did not like that they was no micowave and the mini fridge was really mini you could of only hold like 4 bottles of waters inside of it and you can't tell when the restaurant in the hotel was open to grab something you wiil have to go out of my way to find something outside cause you can't hold nothing in the mini fridge and you can't heat nothing up cause there no micowave this is the first I have Stay in a place without a micowave I send a message asking about a micowave but there was no reply My first night the bathtub was not working it was clog with something not sure if it was look at before the room was giving to me and also I had three nights without no television cause the service was out the manager did give us a voucher to eat at the restaurant for the inconvenience And also It was very surprising to me that the pool was not open we are still in a summer month unless it have some upgrades I will not book here again for a 19 days stay cause this hotel is not ready for anyone to stay at over a week

The location was perfect and the view from the room was great over looking the courtyard and I will like to pin point that Anna in the restaurant was really nice and helpful she really make my stay feel better
