The night desk keeper gave another couple our room and they walked in as we were sleeping no apology just tried to justify why it happened no coffee till like 8 the breakfast was late and all the desk lady cared about was rooms for her friends coming up there fyi that’s who walked into our room smh
The beds and the pillows are comfortable the facility is clean

Closet doors kept getting out of track.
It was better on 2nd day than first. More available food. Workers were very friendly and helpful on both days.

The room door rubbed the door jamb so much that it woke up neighbors! Such an easy fix. The room, 229, is a balcony room and I know the check in staff could hear it every time it was opened and closed. We were there on three week days and never saw maintenance staff. The bathroom exhaust fan grill needs attention.
The breakfast saved the rating for this property. There was a variety of selections each day. Lots of selections. Hot side; eggs, waffles, seasoned potatoes, a meat, and biscuits and gravy. Cold side; cereal, breads, juices, and a few pastries. (Hard boiled eggs are in an unmarked bowl in the refrigerator. Lol) There is plenty of seating, the area is monitored very well.

Toilet in room was way too low for adults and need to be replaced. Breakfast was good, but hot items were usually not warm enough.

The room was quite spacious and clean. It appears that the rooms have been renovated. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. There are lots of restaurants and fuel close by. it is located right off the freeway

When the hotel knew the total of guests, they should be always ready for refills. We are always waiting for food.

The pool water looked filthy. Glad it didn't rain so we had beach a day. They so probably hire someone to come in and do the pool chemicals to keep it up.

Overall there is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
Most of the staff was friendly. Leonard was doing the breakfast and he is an asset to the hotel. Very friendly person. My room was clean, a little noisy but the freeway is close by. Nice pool and hot tub.

Desk clerk at check in was very unfriendly and made us feel guilty until proven innocent with regards to smoking and having pets in the room. She never once smiled or even looked in our direction.
The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast offered. The eggs were the best we'd ever had in a hotel.

The room could have been a little more cleaner, there were cracker crumbs in chair. I asked for it to be vacuumed and it wasn’t done. Also bathroom sink slow draining water, informed staff but nothing was done.

The breakfast was good but the set up was not great. There were big traffic jams and it seemed like there could be a better set up to accommodate everyone. Putting plates at the beginning of the line would be a good start!
The pool was great, it was well maintained and we loved that it was both indoor and outdoor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast needed a few more options and a pitcher of water. Coffee was terrible. Overnight front desk person wasn't very friendly but she did her job correctly. Room was very damp....
Leonard was just so sweet. Beds were comfortable and we felt safe. Pool hours were accommodating.
