Fix commode. Surely cleaning team should notice things this loud.

The commode flaper would not seal. Evertime it was used had to open tank to stop. Even then it did not stop at times. Keep me awake with its constant flushing to replenish its water. Tub was slippery in the bottom.

I had a reservation for two adults and two kids. It was a King suite with a pull out. We had to get the fourth towel and wash cloth. Then when getting the sofa bed ready we had to go back down stairs and get the bedding for it. They didn’t have a blanket ready so they had to bring one up. Only gave us one pillow not two. There is no phone in the room to call the desk. When I called the office, the number never rang. It was a very inconvenient experience over all.

When booking this reservation for my staff's travel I was told by the booking agent that breakfast would be included for my staff, as I paid extra. Sadly, when they tried to go to breakfast the clerk said we didn't pay for breakfast. That was embarrassing, as I had lined it up in advance and I told the employees they would receive a free breakfast.

I like the convenience of where the hotel is located on my staff's annual trip through town to North Carolina.

Everything was good.

The staff was great.. room was clean. The lobby smelled good and made me happy that i choose this hotel. Also, it is nearby several restaurants and shops.

No headboard on the bed, no exhaust fan in the bathroom and hotel did not serve breakfast in the lobby even after our booking said breakfast was included in what we were paying for the room. We were told if we wanted breakfast, we would have to order from the bistro restaurant at the hotel. Also there were no sheets on the pullout sofa…after calling the front desk multiple times, we still had to wait for an hour before they brought them to us and the guest staying on the pullout sofa was way past ready to go to bed.

The Wi-Fi was disappointing. I have been to 2 start hotels with free, secured Wi-fi. I was afraid to do any work because the connection was not secure which put me behind a little the next at my conference.

The 1st key wasn't working, went to front desk They apologized and give me a second key surprise the room was occupied already. Went back they apologized and give me another room... it was not that bad .. just the smell at the room was strong .

Older property-dated. Carpet beat up throughout the hotel and rooms. Some issues with dirty floors here and there.

Surprised at some details of this Marriott property. The desk chair seat is torn. There were only two hangers in the closet. Carpet need cleaning in the elevator. Room is in need of updating. Simple items i saw that i am not accustomed to at Marriott properties. This is our first time staying in a hotel in less than two years because of covid but we were still surprised at the simple details. I have preferred staying at Marriott properties since the early 80s.
