Arrived around 5. Room was not clean. Had to wait a little bit. Guy at front desk was very apologetic. Room still had hair on bathroom floor. Sink did not drain and no way to raise it. Spot on floor was wet between beds. Enough to wet socks when we took off shoes. We had to put towel on floor.

Staff that checked me in was very nice and apologetic!

The pillows were horrible. Also, the beds were not queen size as listed in booking. Also,there were 4 of us and there were only enough towels for 3. I asked the front desk to service the room and provide additional towels and they still only left enough for 3. We had to call for more the next morning. Lastly, the shower doesn't get hot enough.

Robin was very welcoming at check-in. The location was great nearby shopping and eateries. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was a nice amenity.

Great location but traffic can be a pain. Super close to the mall and Gas Arena for concerts! Staff was friendly and very clean rooms/areas.

The breakfast was expensive for the quality. I paid 5 dollars for a bottle of water at the reception, really too much. The room could have been a bit better cleaned, there was dust here and there...

I had to call back up to the lobby to get the break down of my bill and find out how much was being held from my account I felt it was more than I was quoted on booking.com but that doesn't have anything to do with Marriot I guess everyone has those bad days and maybe she was having one so it's really no big deal I'm not in customer service because I know I can't wear a smile all day long I get it but it's still a bit off putting also I still haven't got the money put back on the card it takes a long time I've been in hotels for going on 2 weeks now and I have about 300 dollars in holds that are still not back ony account the price of doing business I suppose

Only issue was the main tv didn't work properly. For some reason it wasn't connected to the internet and there was no way to fix it or hook up my own laptop.

Location was convenient. Microwave was unplugged. I crawled under desk to plug in microwave. Need another outlet to plug in both. Would like lotion and more bathroom amenities. Pillows were good. Balcony faced parking lot. Women at the front desk seemed irritated.
