Not enough staff working on a very busy weekend. Had to wait almost 3 hours after 3pm for our room to ready. Breakfast vouchers were not given until asked for them.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. For the price of the hotel, paying an extra $15USD (as a Canadian, who gets charged the exchange rate every time I tap my card) seemed a little steep. I also did not like how the Starbucks/Bar in the lobby didn’t open until 5pm. The bar, I can understand, but why Starbucks? It would have been nice to get a coffee in the morning!

Nice modern hotel near the heart of the city. Needs a proper restaurant as there are very few in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The facility did get a little dirty as the night went on, but there were a lot of people coming from the concert.

Check in was quick and convenient, the staff member who checked us in (I think her name was Kiki) was friendly and answered all of our questions. The tv in our room wasn’t working and on our way out for dinner we mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. We returned to a note saying he couldn’t fix it, but they gave us a 30$ breakfast credit which was an unexpected surprise. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I attend an event at KeyBank center.

Beautiful rooms and hallways. We loved how spacious the room was. We didn't use the fitness room or enter the pool area downstairs. Breakfast was decent also at the Bistro.

No grab bars in the shower

It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would highly recommend putting grab bars in the shower. There used to be no actual seat and the floor was a little slippery so a grab bar could avoid a serious injury. My husband fell in a similar shower in Punta Cana last year and dislocated his shoulder. It was not a good experience. Other than that I loved the convenience of the fridge and coffee maker. I would recommend your hotel but would have liked to get a senior’s or AAA rate which didn’t come up when booking. We could only afford to stay one night but would have preferred two. Thanks

Location is perfect, just next to the Harbour Centre and the Key Bank Arena. The building is basically new and very clean and safe.

Emergency light for fire system blinking all night as well as temperature was hard to control with thermostat. Did seem to stay consistent.

Clean rooms/bathroom clean as well. Felt safe. Excellent location.

The AC did not work correctly in our room #401. I asked them to fix it, if they did still did not work correctly. Temp outside was in 30's. Could not get room temp below at 73 at night. No problem with hot water in morning, but at night, NO HOT WATER. Bed mattress was very firm.

Location was the most important. Previous stay was great. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

I booked a king room. None were available when I arrived so instead I was in a room with 2 queens. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an apology. It was very frustrating. When I asked when the king would be available they had no idea.

No breakfast, only an expensive bistro in the lobby. Room was not prepared well, they knew we‘re going to be 5 people, still only had 3 towels, no duvet covers, etc. No possibility to open window. No ventilation within bath room.
