Staff were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and not far from the HEB Athletic Center where our Granddaughter was playing in the UIL Tennis Regional playoffs for State. Eating places near.

There was a slide under table that had clearly not been cleaned off. Easily cleaned off with antibacterial wipes I had. The keypads to some of the outside doors did not work, they said it was weather related which is understandable but still inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Since it was just my young daughter and I the staff put me close to a door next to parking so I didn't have to carry our items so far. She also tried to get us as close to the room with my student athlete. The room was a good size and for the most part clean. Located within a short drive of many food and shopping areas as well as the HEB Park where we were attending a Tennis Tournament.

Staff was not available when I got there I had to wait for her to come back to the front desk my wait was about 10 minutes then they didn’t have hand soap in the room

The property was clean they had a friendly staff member at the front desk and was able to make arrangements for a late arrival time with no problem.

Staff was never at the front desk. The room photo did not work. The batteries to the remote for tv did not work. The complementary water at the front tasted horrible. Front desk staff looked like she was wearing pajama bottoms. Very unprofessional to be a Marriot.

I didn;t like the internet and the level of lighting in the room.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a range of amenities to make my stay more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, such as a fitness center and restaurant, which added to the overall experience. Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience.

The sofa bed could use a new mattress 😬. I used it for my granddaughter and it seemed a bit worn.

Very clean and organized. Large shower head, nice fluffy towels, king bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The top thin blanket had a blood stain the size of a quarter. Got a clean one to replace it. The flat sheet had a couple of faded stains. If that’s happening continuously throughout the hotel, then maybe the rate should be somewhat less. That was our first time staying there. There was disappointment in that area. Wish there had been at least “free” fruit for breakfast!

Price I booked for compared to the price I was charged. I was charged more. Mattresses were dirty both bed and pull out sofa bed. The bottom covers had some dirt or dead bed bugs on them too. Found dog food in the room, not good when you have a toddler walking around. Had a few disturbances (knocks at the door) in the middle of the night/early morning while asleep, wrong room. One night CPS lady said she was there for 8-11 visit, another night a male said oh wrong room, then the last night another female said oh this is not the sleepless night room?? 🤨

Staff was nice. Showed up early and receptionist was able to give us another room that was available for us to check in early.

What I don't like is the fact that I asked for a late check out which was to be at 1pm. After I checked out the next day they charged my card $125 for that late check out. That's more than what I paid for the room for the whole night. I'm very upset about this charge. No hotel that I have ever stayed at has never charged me that much for a late check out. And for this reason I most likely will not stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great. Everything was excellent as soon as I walked through the door. The staff was extra nice and fulfilled all my expectations. The room was clean and comfy.
