The only thing they could improve on in the rooms are the lighting and working plug-ins. I know it's hard to up keep but in today's age we have to charge everything. And they charge $ daily for parking 😒

We were placed in a handicap room which we DID NOT ask for. We are tall people and the bed was to our shins and both of our backs hurt the next morning. The shower was also sideways and low because it was for handicap.

My television and cable did not work properly. The front desk clerk did her best to accommodate me, were unsuccessful. I was unable to to watch any movies and/or television at all.. What can Courtyard do to compensate the inconvenience?

OMG! The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff member was very nice, professional and helpful in my decision making process on what to eat for breakfast. The eggs were prepared with perfection, fruit and veggies were fresh.

For the handicapped, be aware (1) the bed requires you to be able to just about get off the floor, and (2) the "handicapped accessible" shower has grab rails but it's a normal bathtub; I almost could not get in or out. It is not really an accessible shower if your legs don't work. if you can't lift your legs (non-disabled people have no idea what it's like to have to use your arms to hold up as well as pull legs in/out... almost impossible and downright dangerous) you will not be showering.

Breakfast service. It was only 1 person getting orders and preparing them. It was not worth it. I would say it should be better to include a buffet with a couple of items, but not this service. One day I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the person to get my order and another 10 or so to get in on the table, and we have to consider it was not cheap.

The hotel could do with refurbishment. It is showing it’s age. The shower is good, but having an old fashioned shower curtain that likes to wrap around you when it has the opportunity is not acceptible these days. however my biggest gripe is that the hotel restaurant is fully understaffed. They have one girl that had to take breakfast orders, go in the kitchen to make it and then serve it. So when she was in the kitchen cooking, you couldn’t even get coffee. If there would be 20 people for breakfast it would take more than an hour to get anything. And most tables in the bar/breakfast area were sticky. For >$200 dollar per night this is not ok.

The rooms are good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and close to highway 20, so you can easily go anywhere.
