This is the first time we stayed here, that the hallways were not clean and had trash on the floors. The guy behind the coffee counter was not very friendly. Both firsts! Usually everything is clean and the staff is great.

Parking was very limited and we struggled to find spaces. We were informed there were events taking place at the time, so that may not be the norm.

Great location very close to mall and entertainment. Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't eat at the hotel.

Didn’t like that I have to request to clean my room. Rooms can be cleaned every other day at the least. I missed my breakfast and when I went down to breakfast it was too late, they couldn’t even offer me a snack rather the staff pointed to a fridge where I can buy snacks and yogurt. Some complimentary snacks would have been great. I waited 2 hours for the hotel driver to pick me up from the airport, didn’t know the right location I was meant to wait, should be clearer instructions next time.

Only one Elevator worked, took 5-7 mins to get to lobby, and or to our room. The ice machine on 4th floor wasn’t working. Went down to 3rd floor and it wasn’t working either. I informed front desk of all these issues upon checking out.

the convenience of location to local restaurants. The pool was great! And the price for one night stay. The front desk staff were amazing, even as busy as they were at 4:30 with folks checking in.

At no fault to the hotel, it was a little jarring to hear and see the planes flying so low to land on the runway at the airport. However that is a given when being so close to the airport, so no worries :) One staff member behaved unprofessionally and made (what came off as) rude remarks out loud when my significant other commented to me that the front door lock was unlocked the previous night, but otherwise the staff was exceptional and kind.

We enjoyed how close it was to the Grapevine Mills, as well as the food options available. The staff overall was very kind and pleasent, and cleanliness was in tip top shape. Very comfortable and home like. The king room gave space so it never felt cramped.

The parking was horrible. I had to park far from the hotel because of no parking available in an area with lighting. That was scarey! I assumed this was because of a large party going on there and some of the delivery trucks took up several spaces.

The food that I got from the restaurant was mediocre and charging 6$ for a bottle of water is a bit ridiculous.

The beds were very nice and very comfortable. The staff was pleasant . After a stressful day of flying and getting stranded in DFW for the night overall , staying here was a pleasant ending to an otherwise awful day .

we were over charged at the bar when we were told we would have free credits to our room. hoping to hear back from staff to correct this. we had to change rooms because of a nasty bathroom. there was damage due to a storm that made it feel sketchy, but I understand that was not in their control.

The hotel is very nice, with amazing staff that helped me a lot. Very close to the airport (with airport shuttle) as well as within a walking distance to the large mall. The city of Grapevine nearby make it even more enjoyable. Gym is also nice.

Depending on which signage in room you look at the phone or the door the checkout times vary between 11am and 12pm. Also mentioned a 12pm checkout on booking.com so we were confused when housekeeping came knocking. Front desk understood the confusion and took care of us with a late checkout upgrade!

Very clean and modern feeling, super convenient to the airport and two Texas staples (Waffle House & Whataburger). Great shuttle to and from the airport and affordable Ubers into the city from this location.
