We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had to go down to get trash bags and extra towels.We would leave a request to clean and come back and no service.I have stayed at many Marriotts all over the country for work and this one missed the mark for$868.00 .They need to check the house keeping as they told us they don't clean everyday unless we request it and we did.They only cleaned only 3 times out of 8 days with,kids.

United States of AmericaI would rate 5+ stars only if the highway traffic noise and charge for parking was eliminated (especially when I was not present on the property two out of four days, as I was downtown @ Baylor Hospital w/my daughter who was in the ICU). Your staff did move me to another room on the backside of property, which was less noisy and much appreciated. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that you charged my debit for the entire stay over 2 weeks before my arrival. Your charge almost caused an overdraft because I was not expecting it to come out when it did. I was under the impression that I would be charged on the day of my arrival. I would have used a credit card instead.
The property was clean and it is right across the way from my daughter’s house.

United States of AmericaI didn’t have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. Because my travel plans changed at the last minute I had two reservations, 1 for Dec 4, and another for Dec 5-6. I was concerned when I checked in because the front desk could not find the two day reservation. However, it was resolved overnight and they arranged it so that I could stay in the same room. Good service.
