You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Convenient location with lots of eatery options, shopping close by. Nice view out the window. Very quiet. Restaurant was great, along with great service. Room was very spacious for 2 people.

BrazilThe fact that they don’t accept payments by Apple Pay or similar gave me a big headache. I arrived late at night and my physical card had an issue that could be solved only in the next morning. The receptionist was very kind to give me a room for one night so I could solve everything in the morning. But if they accepted Apple Pay all the stress would’ve been avoided as I could have used another card right from the beginning. Also, the fact that they didn’t have a breakfast buffet everyday made things more difficult. In a hotel where many people stay for work reasons, it would be much better to have a buffet.

Also, there were very minimal hooks and rods for hanging towels in the bathroom, not even something to hang a hand towel on. How are towels supposed to dry???
