The A/C in my room was going on and off. I tried to regulate it but the buttons did not work. The A/C would cool down the room for a while and then it would be warm to the point I was sweating. That could have been better.

My reservation included breakfast, which I didn't realize when I paid for it. The options for breakfast are limited to 4-5 things. Isn't a wide variety but if you are there only for a couple of days it's okay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was nice. There is a pool if you have time to use it.

I enjoyed the hotel. Frustrated not getting a room with a bath when requested prior to check in and again at the desk. Was told maybe the next day. No follow up from staff. Also had to ask for breakfast. Information was not given automatically although it was part of what I paid for. Other than those two things we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and clean.

The initial front desk clerk was rude and unaccomodating when we inquired about early check-in. The shower barely got warm. The area nearby the property was somewhat sketchy.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Not far from Forum where we were seeing a concert.

Noisy AC, lots of garbage generated due to not having real cutlery even in the restaurant. The housekeeping totally ingored the don't disturb -sign on the door and knocked repeatedly even when I had late check out agreed.

Fast processes when check in was done o er net before arrival. Servoce attitude was excellent.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

It was further than LAX than expected - Booking.com ad seemed a lot closer and no shuttle service. However, once we were there it was fabulous. Perfect for families.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us into our room early as well which was so appreciated.

We stayed four nights and the room was cleaned once. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all.

I still didnt get my safety deposit from my previous stay, although i brought a bank statement this time, but the manager agreed to take cash this time instead of making me use my card, this needs to be an option for customers from outside the states

The automatic light in the bathroom was a pain at 3am when you're trying sneak off to the loo without waking everyone else, or being wide awake yourself. A night light option would be great.

We loved the location, it was easy after our long flight. Check-in was easy and the room was beautifully clean. The pizza place downstairs was great, too. We didn't use the outdoor seating or pool but both looked very inviting.

room didn’t get cleaned for 4 days, not even a towel change. i had to repeatedly ask for it, the front desk staff did not seem to care at all. i had to go get towels on my own at 1am after returning from a long trip and coming back to an unserviced room. when they finally came the next day, they just made the beds and took the towels from the floor and folded them back on the counter. there was no shower gel which i asked for at the front desk as well and of course they never refilled it. overall i would have given the hotel a full score but this really ruined an otherwise nice experience

modern clean hotel, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. nice gym & pool area, plenty of parking spaces outside. close to the airport and in a fairly ok area
