I feel the property fell short with cleaning up around the pool. I had to request the tables to be cleaned and garbage to be removed. Chairs on balcony need to be replaced! Didn’t appreciate the $20 self parking fee per day!

I am SO picky about cleanliness when I travel and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It also was much more spacious than I expected and had great amenities - e.g. fabulous balcony, closet with shelving so we weren't tripping over our stuff. Pool was great and we enjoyed the food a few times as well. Also very much appreciate the cafe in the morning. I am a tea drinker, and was able to buy tea and not just suffer through coffee to get my caffeine fix.

The breakfast was wonderful! Can’t say enough about how lovely staff were meeting our needs. I’m calling out one special person CHAD the event coordinator delightful person great sense of humor coached us on driving tips back to Fort Myers!! He’s a mainstay of your hotel and someone we won’t forget!

I was surprised by a $20 “self parking” fee put on my credit card at checkout. I have paid extra for get parking in big cities where parking costs are at a premium. But at t your lovely big property, this just seemed like a money grab and one I did not notice until I had left the hotel. I did not see that fee mentioned when I was prepaying for my room and taxes and fees were added on.i expect my total to remain the same!

Well maintained grounds. Seemed like a variety of things to do for different age groups. Two pools so you could find a quiet one. Having stayed there a few years ago at the two different hotels, I was surprised to see three properties under the Faro Blanco umbrella? But life always has changes. Glad to have a front desk person! Some hotels are changing to online/faceless access. I will not choose those!

Great location, close to everything. Beautiful property, used their bikes to get around. They offered use of beach chairs for the beach but we didn’t use them.

The only food options are a Starbucks in the lobby, which gets really backed up in the morning, food was great and cooked to order breakfasts with some nice options. The other is the pool bar. We arrived in the evening and wanted to stay in for dinner. A indoor restaurant would have been nice. It was cold and later started to POUR down rain which couldn’t be kept out. Also impossible to eat before food got cold.

Loved the property. Location and layout are great. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Shamika who checked us in was amazing! Carline was also awesome and super friendly. Another gentleman, whose name I didn’t get, seemed to be everywhere and was always asking if we needed anything. We would schedule another trip to Florida just to stay here. We only booked two nights because we were headed to Key West. Arrived at hotel in Key West and was very disappointed after our stay in Marathon. Weather was very cool so we couldn’t enjoy the floating ocean cabanas and beach. Definitely will go back!

Not particularly clean , carpets in the rooms were very dirty , all furniture were not wiped and doors were full of greasy palm prints . Safety deposit box in the room was not working

The 30$ resort fee each day, and the 15$ daily parking fee. With the price of our nightly stay those 2 things should of been included. We did not get to do the evening activity due to windy conditions. And if you are on vacation you may not be at the hotel during the day because you are exploring other places in the area, so I’m being charged for something I’m not using.

Wished I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Front desk upon checking in didn’t mention breakfast options.
