Only very minor things that didn't affect our stay too much at all; shower floor didn't feel the cleanest, think it might just need a good bleach clean to get the marks up that have been made. The USB ports on one of the bedside tables didn't work either but this was very minor.

We really enjoyed our stay here during our quick stopover in Memphis! The room was really nice, we loved having a couch and the room was very modern which felt quite luxurious. The bathroom was a huge standout for us as we loved having a walk in shower as they aren't that common in the places we have stayed. The area was lovely, felt quite secure as only other hotels around and was very close to a shopping centre which was nice for dinner and getting supplies. The breakfast space and bar area was also very nice

I wish the toilet had a lid. Thank God that my husband was with me. Last time I forgot my credit card and this time my drivers license. I’m not sure what was going to happen to my prepaid room if my husband wasn’t there with a license and a credit card. We had driven 300 miles only to possibly be turned away and lose the money paid for the room. There has to be some exceptions for mishaps. I learned my lesson. I guess no more prepaid reservations with your chain. I’m just going to hope to find a room somewhere nice or sleep in my car.

I like updated the decor and comfy bed. It made me feel comfortable.

The furniture in the room was very stained. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it.

The staff was exceptional. Supv Angela Greer made sure everything was perfect. Very welcoming and accommodating. The perfect host from beginning to end. We felt like we were at home. The hosts at the bistro and bar were great as well.

The sink faucet water for “hot” did not seem to work. Let water run for over 5mins, no hot water. Even after taking a hot shower, tried faucet hot water again, still cold. Advised staff at check out. Also was surprised in the morning to wake up and to discover no complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for one which was surprising at the price point for the room for one night.

Room was very clean and appeared to be new. Bed was comfy along with different firmness of pillows for various taste.

I remember the Booking.com hotel description mentioning breakfast inclusion, but did not explain that you had to pay for it, and there would only be one person cooking and prepping the food. The person who checked us in mentioned breakfast hours, which I also took to mean that breakfast was included.

The hotel us new so there were some things they missed. Like no trash cans in the room. The bathroom door know was on backwards so the lock was on the outside. And no vent in the bathroom so everything got wet when taking a shower.

Loved the cleanliness and it was super comfortable. The hotel is super modern and beautiful. And the facility is gorgeous
