We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe prices of products in the market in the lobby were very expensive. The room didn't have water bottles or toiletries for guests on arrival. The main issue for us was that we were under the impression that the outdoor pool was open for the season. This was the main reason that we booked this hotel. 2 days before our stay we got an email saying that the pool was closed and this was a huge disappointment for us given that it was 80 degrees all weekend long.
The outdoor space downstairs, the market available at the front reception and the space in the room.

Walking distance to most of the sightseeing sites and downtown. The staff was polite. Room was spacious, comfortable bed.

United States of AmericaParking was a disaster… upon arrival I had to circle the property three times to figure out there was no parking only valet, I unloaded my vehicle on a roller cart and pushed my luggage in the doorway to be greeted by a valet gentleman… overnight was 43.00 no option to self park… needed access to my vehicle several times was a pain! My “balcony “ room that I thought overlooked the pool Actually overlooked a smelly dumpster and AC units

United States of AmericaLittle stuff--toilet seat needed tightening. (I reported it.) Lighting in bathroom vanity area inadequate. Bed comfortable but supportive coils very noisy. Never experienced that before. Dispeners in shower awkward to use and could not read labels on containers. As I said, little things, but since you asked :)
Excellent location convenient to Vanderbilt hospital. Valet service very helpful and prompt, especially on check out. Staff accommodating . Great sized room and comfortable bed. Quiet!! Reasonable rate for city based property. Thanks for convenient electronic connectible outlets. Wonderful shower.

United States of AmericaWasn't told about extra $$ for parking, even when I spoke to the hotel direct Reserved for my kids honeymoon get away, called hotel to make sure everything was set for their arrival. Once they arrived, hotel wouldn't check them in until they sent me a credit card for to sign, never told about before. Very upset as we were traveling at the same time. Had to take care of this in middle of out trip.

I liked the location to the Vanderbilt campus and local restaurants. I also like the Fitness Center at the hotel. The lobby was a comfortable place to hang out.

United States of AmericaBathroom layout. Loud traffic cars/motorcycles speeding with loud exhaust on west end. (Not the fault of Marriott) problem but rarely saw police the whole week) Would like to have a shuttle option for Broadway transportation.
Parking attendants were efficient though $42/day is pricey, and not sure if valet are compensated from that charge. Felt obligated to tip additional. Bistro was nice, gym facilities were very nice! Additional common areas for gathering was a nice feature. The pool area was a bit tight and not enough loungers but it worked ok. Bistro prices were a bit high so we chose to eat elsewhere. Oatmeal $9-$11 (really?) Staff did not inform me of the spending limit on breakfast which was included. Front desk adjust my bill accordingly, which I was I appreciative. The bathrooms seemed dated but showers were hot. :) I would like the option to run off the balcony light. West End traffic is very loud in the evening. Hotel lobby bathrooms were clean and overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plenty of choices of good restaurants within walking distance! Staff was always helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best regards

United States of AmericaBreakfast situation was not what I expected or had ever experienced from Marriott. It was a Starbucks style breakfast and I anticipated a buffet style breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. One of the female staff who worked on the breakfast shift in the eating area (she was not the female staff from Jamaica) was not friendly at all. The parking was not convenient for drivers.
