Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They were working on the hotel--there was nothing said when it was booked or before we arrived that there would be work being done. I had asked for an ocean view or mountain view and instead got a view overlooking the pool. There was no direction to the beach other than it was grass path across the street. Also, there was no where to purchase snacks or cold beverages on the property outside the Bistro which was located outdoors.
It looked like the room was recently redone and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and there were ukulele and lei making classes

It is perfect choice if you have a ticket for the PCC. Also the room is very nice renovated and good for 4 adults even the basic room
The hotel was partially under reconstruction. Dining room was not awailable so we had breakfast outside in the cold windy weather that was awful . Also our breakfast was served cold .

This is the first of many Marriott’s I have stayed at that had no restaurant nor a bar. Very disappointing!
Attending the Polynesian Culture Center, the location is perfect.

Construction and dryer in laundry room out of order. It was great front desk had plenty or quarters available for laundry
Loved the free onsite activities especially lei making. It was a nice gesture to receive welcome chocolates

If you dont have a car then you're pretty much stuck. It was $130 USD from the airport by shuttle. Having a rental car is great to explore North shore and local attractions. I thought it was expensive to stay there

Noise from upstairs rooms was pronounced. I definitely didn't like having to pay $20 per night for parking!!!

Our room was on the road side. Quite noisy with traffic.
Beautiful pool area which was sheltered and had great sun. Would be even better if there was a pool bar.

The upgrade of the lobby and dining area were disruptive but I am sure they will be worthwhile when finished.
The pool and hot tub are fantastic and the staff were so helpful. Particularly Mahana!

Information sheet somewhat confusing. Everything else so nice why do you have dollar store toilet seats?

Would be great if there were suites with small kitchenettes( maybe there are I’m not sure).
Property was in a quiet location away from the crowds in Waikiki. Great beaches nearby. Property has great outdoor facilities, beautiful areas to sit and chat or relax. Places to play outdoor games . Pool and hot tub were nice. Close to Polynesian cultural center which was a plus.

Excellent accommodation, located next to the Polynesian cultural centre, it's an easy drive to North Shore and there are also supermarkets and truck foods in the close proximity. The accommodation is clean, it has a nice pool and gym and the staff is very nice and helpful.

My issue is with booking.com I booked a breakfast included package but wasn't in their system at the hotel. I had to pay for both my breakfast and parking at the hotel out of pocket.

The hotel is alcohol free & there’s not a lot of good food / drink options around. The location feels pretty sketchy. I wouldn’t really recommend given you can’t sit by the pool with a drink, it’s very expensive & there’s nothing around. Felt like you were just spending A LOT of money to stay in a bedroom.
Rooms were massive & beds were very comfy. We loved the addition of the face masks, had a nice little pamper session after a beach day
