Staff was amazing specially the older gentleman at the food court in the morning. However, we paid for breakfast when my booking said it was included thru booking.com.

This has become out go to hotel when we stay in the Portland area. Right off the highway but not noisy at all, close to stores and restaurants, convenient to our appointments, plenty of parking. We were pleasantly surprised to find some remodeling in an already clean, spacious room. Staff at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Great stay!

The first issue was that the stopper in the sink wouldn't stay in place, so the water just ran out. The second issue is that the toilet is so low. It is not even a standard height. It's like a child toilet. My wife had trouble pulling her self up because there aren't any bars to grab. That is just a really dangerous issue!!!

I was traveling with a friend and reserved the handicap accessible room with a shower specifically. When the desk clerk saw us she just changed our room to two beds with a tub. I am not physically able to get in a tub. My friend asked them to verify we would be in the room with the shower. That's when she fessed up about trying to change our room. Customers expect to have the room they reserved. Every disabled person is not the same and they know their own capabilities and they reserved the specific room according to their individual needs.

The location is so convenient, right off the highway, but you could not hear traffic from the room. All front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean with plenty of towels provided.

Nicely appointed room, spacious and updated condition. Transportation to airport in comfortable vehicle by a friendly, experienced driver.

I asked for a quiet room and was assured the room assigned would be. It turned out to be on the highway side with traffic sounds late onto the evening. Over all for the price I paid I felt disappointed.

I was disappointed to hear that the hot tub was broken, but to be fair, it’s on the website. I didn’t see it.

When I checked in, the hotel had no record of my reservation. Luckily there were rooms available. I liked the accommodations but will not use Booking.com again. What went wrong, I was getting confirmation emails.

The only (minor) things we didn't like were addressed quickly and fairly by the hotel.

Great location, lots of parking, nice size rooms that are well decorated, comfortable bed.

Not having a breakfast buffet was by far the biggest disadvantage - it made the total room rate quite high to have to go out to eat. There were some options being served downstairs, but they were of little use to us.

It had no microwave.The TV wasn't good position to look at in bed.

Most hotels nowadays offer a continental breakfast. This would have been great to have.

The doors were designed such that they automatically slam shut. So we could hear doors slamming late into the night. The bed wasn't very comfortable, we could feel the springs. I thought there might be a breakfast of some kind included but there was just a Starbucks where you could order from a limited menu.

It would be nice to have regular maid service. I think it would probably get better if they were not so understaffed.

The bistro was good. Patrick serving the coffee and breakfast was fantastic, very friendly. Alice in the evening was super as well. She sometimes had to split her time between the Bistro and check-in but always kept a smile on her face.

The suite is located on the corner by the highway and it was very noisy all night. Not much sleep. Would not stay in the suite again, needless to say , the hotel is wonderful.should not have suite on the corner with three roads and red lights
