I didn’t find the beds comfortable so I did not sleep well but that’s not the same for everyone. Time for new rugs. Room is large and that is nice. Crime, people break into cars.

The chair in our room was stained. I get that spills happen and stains accumulate but this stain, I had to get napkins and press on it because I thought it was wet. We did not know about the $20 hold. However, it might have been posted but not somewhere visible enough to see.

My co-worker came on the trip with me, and her room was directly below my room. She was able to hear me walking around. I don't like hotels that align with apartment living. I didn't like that she was able to hear me walking. Additionally, your staff should have provided us the Wi-Fi password automatically as well as told us if breakfast was offered. They also could have provided any other amenities within the area since we were from out of state.

I liked the location as it was a nice area. I did like the cleanliness of the hotel. I appreciated being able to check-in earlier as this was a business trip.

There was a bit of construction happening in the next lot, but not to disruptive to disturb any sleeping.

The location was perfect. Not to far from the big attractions. We also had a view of the city and Freeway, no noise at all in our room!

In my room. I notice that it was not really clean on the restroom wall where you shower their was a long black hair I'm blond and so is my daughter and under the bed we found a men deodorant can spray

Lounge chairs in the pool were broken. The sofa in our room had a huge stain on it. The swim up bar at the pool looked like it had not been used in a long time which made the area look a little old.

I enjoyed our stay. I got the king bed and a pull out for myself and my two children. The room was nice, clean and cool. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the courtyard view of the pool. The pool was great! It's been so hot it was nice to have a clean, fun pool to play in. My kids enjoyed the hot tubs and the indoor/outdoor pool combo. There were colored lights in the water in the evening, which my kiddos enjoyed. I saw that there were clean towels available near the pool for guests and it looked like they were being Cleaned and replenished often. As a single parent of two young kids (5 & 2), it was a bit difficult getting food for dinner or breakfast. The Cafe in the hotel looked nice. But it had pricey food. I inquired about the pizza and was low key told to get pizza some where else! I appreciate the honesty! So i had to load up the kids and go pick up dinner. It would have been awesome to have had some affordable, kidfriendly food choices at the hotel Cafe. Like nuggets or pizza or sandwich. Also, there should be some sort of breakfast for guest that you dont have to pay extra for! Sheesh! This hotel is for families, its right next to Sea World!Also, not a fan of the additional $10 for parking. l.

The tub didn’t have anything in the tub to keep u from falling. I was taking a shower and felled out the shower and hit the floor now I’m 61 years old that was the hardest fall I have had in my life. Please try and put pads in the bathtub.god bless

Bar was lacking a bar tender. A lady from cafe helped with drinks and she was great. But no draft beers, no frozen margaritas.

View from 4th floor facing city view was so beautiful!! Wasn’t expecting that kind of view.
