The room is small, the bathroom is tiny. There is no place to put the basic stuff - toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving.

The room rates were crazy expensive. But i figured the high rates were due to the big medical convention that was happening in San Diego. There wasn't a kettle in the room which would have been appreciated. I could make some instant coffee or cup noodles.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center where my meeting was held. Plenty of food and drinking places within the vicinity.

The gym was closed for renovations. The automatic sliding front door to the lobby made a horrendous noise every time it opened -- seemed to need repair.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room was very quiet. Excellent location in the Gas Lamp District. Nice rooftop bar.

This was the smallest room I've ever had at a Courtyard Marriott. Smaller than almost any other room I've ever had. Very strange.

The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of many restaurants and the pier. Also the rooftop bar was great!

The location is good, but there is no parking option with a good price nearby, only on the street behind. The elevator only works with the card key. There is no breakfast option.

The only negative was that the rooms are a little small. Everything we needed was there but the space is tightly packed. We asked about bus service and no one seemed to know that you can catch a bus to the zoo from Broadway. Quite easy and convenient.

Very noisy, which I guess should be expected in a prime Gaslamp area, but walls are so thin that we could hear everyone near our rooms and elevators.

The room was not too spacious and the bathroom sink had poor pressure??? Not too sure, but I didn’t care for the faucet design. And the pillows are too soft.

The property is good. Stayed there once before in the past and was pleased that it was just as pleasant again this time. The place was clean, room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I had been there earlier than check in time and they allowed me to wait in the lobby and I only waited 5 min before they notified me of a clean room. And then I forgot to bring my toothpaste, but they gave me complimentary toothpaste.

The fans in the bathroom cannot be turned off and are very noisy. This is a big nuisance during the night.

No pool, and our flights wre changed so late check out was only 1pm..no showers etc for international flight no offer of paid extended checkout. When staff are jot on counter your guests steal stock from the market..sorry but saw this twice whist waiting for service..thought you should know..

We had problems with getting the shower to turn on and not having cold water , but the staff were all so pleasant and dealt with the issue in a very professional manner. What could’ve turned out to be a bad experience turned out to be a pleasant one due to the response of the staff, especially Sam at night and Marjorie during the day.

Thin walls! It was a bit noisy the first night since there was a family with little ones next door. Also very bad lighting. Having all the lights on did not brighten up the room very much.

The room is very small with little room around the bed, and the room was noisy due - conversations from guests in the hallway were loud. Perhaps some signs to remind folks that others don't stay up late!

The location was perfect. The rooms are clean and modern and super cozy. We appreciated the attention to detail and the amenities. The staff was courteous and Parking was easy, using valet. We did not have a chance to experience the breakfast and coffee. The Nolan bar was really fun and the view of the skyline was beautiful.
