Selfserve breakfast would have been way more efficient for us.

Breakfast was weird. Not sure if we were in a coffee shop or a restaurant. We ordered coffee and tea, since the coffee facilities in our room did not include a kettle but only a machine with very limited options. We also ordered oatmeal, which turned out to be cooked specially for us (Starbucks usually has an instant cup option) in enormous portions. But it was ok when it eventually came, and the staff were very nice. At 10am on a Saturday morning the place was deserted.

The Priceline site said I had parking included. But upon arrival found the only option was Valet Parking at $25. Pricleline should refund this amount.

The only issue we had was during checkout was when I scanned my valet ticket to have our car brought around, it was confirmed but when I got to the valet desk they didn't seem to have any record of it so it took a while to get our car.

Proximity to Case Western University and dining options; the room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the lobby was modern and also had convenient sit-in and takeout dining. The valet staff and front desk staff was very friendly.

There was a minor issue with the valet parking that was resolved quickly, however, some of the valet staff were not as friendly as the others. Also, the one dinner we had at the hotel was not particularly good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower were also quite large. The hotel was very clean and the location was great! The front desk staff were wonderful! We found the valet parking fee of $23/day to be quite reasonable and convenient in comparison to other cities we’ve visited.

Cars needed to be parked and retrieved by an attendant at extra cost plus we gave a tip. Hotel shuttle could only be used for a 2-mile radius of hotel. The bar was not open on our second night when we returned from an early dinner.

The location was very good for our purposes...could walk to art museums and Little Italy. The breakfast was excellent. The room very clean. The lounge/bar/dining area was very pleasant.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been welcoming, I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't offer that. Coffee in the rooms, though.

It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to Little Italy and Case Western Reserve. The desk clerks were helpful and friendly.

I had to have my room switched 3x. I booked a king with a sofa bed, no sofa bed for the first room. second room waterless toilet did not flush. Third was good but had view of the parking garage.

My experience in Courtyards for quite some time is that they are constantly out of chardonnay. Everywhere, consistently.

Nothing really. it was utilitarian and served it’s purpose really well.The location isn’t scenic at all, so wouldn’t work if that’s what you’re looking for.

The grout in the bathroom was in disrepair. They didn't include enough coffee pods for the number of guests in our room. Breakfast isn't included.

The walk-in shower was great and the water pressure and shower head were a nice surprise. Love the rolling table. The beds were comfortable. Love the smart tv with Netflix and Amazon. The 24/7 valet parking and free shuttle service is awesome. The room had a mini fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of Case Western University, restaurants, museums, and a botanical garden.

When we checked out I told the lady at check out that we had miss placed our valet ticket and she said not to worry she would help by letting valet employees, she did not. Valet was busy with many people checking out. After waiting over 20 minutes I asked the valet employee for help. He looked up my keys by using my last name.

Cafeteria staff were very friendly and the service was prompt and correct. Valet employees were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Was greeted by Dan when we checked in and he was helpful and professional.
