You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room was a bit dated and not super clean. Very strong musty odor, trash behind TV stand and likely not vacuumed before our stay. We had to open the sliding door to help get some fresh air into the room.
The pool temperature was amazing! Staff was all very friendly, and the Starbucks in the morning was fantastic! Beds are comfortable as well!

United States of AmericaThe walking distance from the Front Desk to our guest room was longer than anticipated. In addition, the location of the elevator was not convenient.
The breakfast and the breakfast selections were adequate. The spacing of the tables was to our liking. The parking lot spaces provided plenty of room. The Front Desk staff is a tremendous asset to this Courtyard Marriott. They were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff was also warm and friendly.

United States of AmericaI didn't like reserving pool time and going down to the main desk to get the pool key. The room wasn't the cleanest. Their was a bottle cap under the lamp and the couch had stains on it. There was also a musty smell to the room. It smelled nothing like the main lobby which had a clean & fragrant smell.
The King Suite had plenty of space for relaxation. The indoor pool was actually warm and my son enjoyed it a couple of times. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
