We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn't see any branding on the front, so we had to go around the building a couple of times to make sure it was the right place. There was an exterior door outside our room that had the glass broken and covered with wood. It's not really a problem but something I'm not accustomed to seeing at a Marriott.
Had issues with another hotel, booked this one super late, and was given no issue at all. The staff was great. All amenities you could ask for. Clean and spacious.

United States of AmericaThe sign in bathroom stated that we would need to put used towels on the floor and then they would be replaced by housekeeping. That never happened. I had to go to reception to get towels for 3rd morning of stay. I was told at reception upon check-in that we don't get housekeeping everyday. That is fine but we were there for 4 nights and never got housekeeping -- no trash removal, no replacement of coffee, no towels--until I went down to reception on second night to find out what was going on. I think some written information in the room that clearly tells the guest that housekeeping is only available to those staying at least 5 nights should be provided. We were there 4 nights.

United States of AmericaWe have stayed here several times and typically don't have any issues. This last stay was for college graduation and therefore very crowded, sometimes noisy, but not too bad overall. Staff worked hard to take care of everyone's needs.
This is our go-to hotel for all of our visits to see our son at George Mason University. Location is convenient. Staff is always friendly. Nice lobby to chill, play games or have a cocktail. Courtyard is nice too but was a bit too warm out to fully enjoy. Rooms are adequate, clean and comfortable. We also loved exploring the Asian market next door.

Also prepaid options very limited, one beverage choice coffee or juice if you wanted both this was at additional charge. This is not a pre paid breakfast menu.
Disappointed, Starbucks franchaise I have dietary needs so having prepaid for breakfast the offerings were non appropriate so had to drive alternate facility.
