Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The reservation stated that breakfast was included but we had to charge the cost to our room when we ordered from the cafe in the morning. There was no free breakfast. The hallways are dated.
The location was nice-a short drive to the Opra House where we were going for a concert. The room was nice and clean. The bedding was comfortable.

Bed and TV was opposite of each other.. the sink water wasn't going down However I called to front desk & maintenance was there fixing the sink within 5mins

We had to get new key cards twice, random squatter was in the stair well, no breakfast for the price we paid it should’ve been included, the outside of the facility needs cleaned up.
The room and lobby were very clean and presentable. Marcelo was absolutely amazing! Along with the rest of the staff.

We ate at the bistro before going to the concert we were in town for and it was pretty pathetic. I also think that a shuttle to Rupp Arena should have been arranged for all the people attending the Eagles concert that were staying at your hotel that night.
The staff was very hospitable, The rooms were comfortable.

Liked the bedding, the white bedding made everything seem so fresh. The beds were comfortable, and we all rested well. The pool was great entertainment for my children. The staff were friendly as well.

They seem to have issues with cleaning folks. A hallway spill took several hours to clean up. The room was not cleaned between our first night and our second night. There was only one washer and one dryer in the laundry room and we never did get our clothes in because it was always occupied.
The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The desk was large and had a hide away table on wheels which was useful. The pool was nice as well.

I did not like that I had to pre-pay up front and non-refundable for the stay. I thought that the cost was over priced. I am a travel agent and we avoid pre-paid hotels. But it seemed to be the hotel my daughter chose and had already booked and paid for her room, so we were kind of stuck at that point. We traveled together her family and me and my husband.
I though the room was ok but I don't feel it was worth the cost. Staff wasn't the friendliest at check in. Nothing really special about the property.

Needs to have more then one mirror in the room. When you have 2 women trying to get ready one mirror is not enough. Also needed to have more than one garbage can in the room. Should have 1 in the bathroom and at least one in the room.

I may have been doing it wrong but you had to push a button on the inside that would allow the refrigerator to turn on and it was limited to 2 hours.
Great location and quiet area! It was just a few minutes from Rupp Arena, my son and I went to see WWE. We really enjoyed our time! Great rates too!

I didn't have a microwave in my room but, there is a small microwave buy the ice maker down the hall. The refrigerator was very small ( 2.0 cubic foot I think). The toilet didn't flush very well but a few ice buckets full of water did the trick.
The hotel was conveniently located near the highway. Nice balcony to sit outside with my laptop and plan my day. No noise to disturb me. There's a shell gas station on the corner that has awesome coffee and there's a liquor store conveniently located across the street.
