We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBed wasn't the worst I've had, but was far from the best. Toilet was not comfort height (ADA height) which can be a problem for many seniors like me with bad knees. You don't need to be disabled to appreciate a comfort-height toilet. And if that's not possible, a grab bar near the toilet (not provided in this room) would help. I would advise anyone with knee issues to request a handicap accessible room at this hotel.
Location was perfect. Price was right. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

United States of AmericaThe hotel desk staff needs some customer service training. It was like we were bothering them. The one lady was downright rude and had a major attitude. Our reservation was for 3 people and we had 2 towels total in the room. Had to ask for towels both days because our room was never cleaned the first day. The desk clerk said that she was sorry but also never offered another room, even though we had rented another room the next night for our family that was coming to meet us. Very unprofessional desk staff which is sad because the hotel itself is nice. The coffee stand lady should be at the front desk because she knows how to treat the customers.
The hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants right at it, along with a Walmart and Sam's which was handy. The room was nice with lots of space. The lovely lady in the coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and seemed to know much more about the hotel than the desk clerks.

United States of AmericaThe toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor. When I called staff they asked if I wanted to change rooms. It was 5:30 am and I had to leave for work by 6:15. Asked if they could come fix it. The man who came up had a terrible attitude. Used all the towels and wash clothes to clean mess so we didn’t have any to get ready for work. When we asked if he could bring some up he said he would but never did. Then I was charged for parking in the hotels parking lot that was not in the downtown area or having limited parking. I can’t believe they charge daily for parking. RIDICULOUS!!!!

United States of Americathe breakfast should be included and not at an extra price. Also, we were charged to park in the parking lot...surprise! We had reservations for 4 adults but only had 3 towels and 2 face clothes and 2 hand towels for 2 nights. We had 2 containers of shampoo and no body wash in the shower and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. For the price we paid not acceptable.
Be careful about the breakfast. If you think it's included think again. You pay extra for the breakfast. Beds were comfortable for the most part it was clean.
