To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe got to the hotel later that night and parking lot was full. Need more parking. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included in room rate. When I went to get breakfast the next morning they said we were supposed to have a voucher. The front desk worker said he couldn’t print them off but would make sure we were not charged for the breakfast. He seemed surprised that we were supposed to get free breakfast. I feel that the breakfast thing needs to be fixed and maybe a buffet if you are going to offer free breakfast.
I liked the room and the staff was very nice.

I had "breakfast included" offer, but it turned out that breakfasts were from Starbucks that is at the lobby. It took 10 minutes of resolving and then we simply ate and drank something from Starbucks menu - which is not that extensive.

United States of AmericaI can’t think of anything, if I have to be picky I would say that the pool was a bit small but it wasn’t busy when we went down to it so it didn’t affect us.
I sent a request to the hotel to have my two rooms side by side and not only did they have the rooms side by side when I checked in but they also had connected doors so that my family could go back and forth between rooms and not have to go out into the hallway, this made our stay even better. The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here and would recommend this hotel to others.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle service is only allowed to go in a 2 Mile radius. There is not much to choose from for food. Beef O’Bradys has gone down hill, the Mexican restaurant Nopal is horrible. Not sure if we will be back due to the shuttle radius. It needs to be at least a 5-6 mile radius.
