Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had included breakfast, but in reality it’s Starbucks cafe inside there we have to order and just limited food(

When we checked in we were told breakfast was included with our room, yet in the morning when we went for breakfast our room number was not on the list and No one tried to trouble shoot it for us. Hence we went out for breakfast. Really not happy with customer service aspect. When I asked at reception they also did nothing, not even apologize. Also no soap in the bathroom for hand washing

There was one person at front desk who made the stay extremely difficult. She was unpleasant and had ZERO desire to help. When my guest couldn’t get any help from her and asked to speak to a manager, the lady lied and said the manager wasn’t there. Trust I’m not needy and I’ve never had to call booking.com for help before today and I’ve enjoyed booking.com services for about a decade. They completely handled the situation. Everything but the one lady was amazing.

The location was right of exit 169 of interstate 75 within a block of the restaurants. The price was also excellent for the two days.

Coffee was not available unless paid for. Ive never seen this at a hotel. Coffee in the morning should always be available and complimentary.
Very nice room, had a couch so we could watch the playoff football game without sitting on our bed. Good gym.

Noise level was not acceptable. The floor above us squeeked awful with every movement. Made it hard to get to sleep and then were woken up in early morning with all of the noise above us (which was just people walking normally).

The convenient location and a nice sized room. The restaurant opened at 5, and after a long drive, I was pretty hungry. I tried the burger 🍔. Perfectly done with seasoned fries. Staff were very pleasant, and I'll be back on my next trip down.

The hotel itself is becoming to look very dated on the outside, as well as the inside. I really enjoyed being there, but there were a few things that just needed attention. The outside looks very old. You can tell this property has been there a while. The carpeting in the halls is becoming dirty and is starting to develop a smell. That is also true for the carpet in the bedroom. I feel that if you catch it now and get the whole hotel a good shampoo then it will make a big difference instead of having to pull up carpet down the road. Also, the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Other than that it was good! 
The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very comfortable for my husband and I‘s night out. I liked that we were able to get a first floor courtyard room. It was really nice to just sit out and enjoy the night air right on the ground floor. There was also a nice fire pit area. That was cool for just relaxing and the vibe.
