Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The most I’ve ever paid for a single night at a hotel. Ouch!
Wonderful staff! Loved the onsite cafe (coffee, wine, food). Room was clean and comfy.

We had an issue operating the heating/cooling system in the room which made it a little cool. It would have been nice to have a couple extra blankets. Other than that, everything was great.
The hotel was the perfect location for a little weekend fun with our granddaughters. They loved the pool, and the room, king + pull out sofa, was perfect for the 4 of us. The pool area was good size and the hot tub was great. The hotel was located near restaurants, shopping and other fun activities.

Place was under construction so you can’t do anything about that, even offered us free TVs. Nothing was really bad at all.
Wonderful place, clean and decent bedroom for the price, amazing walk in shower that the whole family loved. Good privacy and services overall. Perfect for the introvert.

The room temp controlled by thermostat, but the fan kept blowing cold air. Room temp was 66° but set to 70 and still blowing cold. Eventually got it to like warm air n left it alone. No continental breakfast option. Bathrooms near pool are out of the pool area. Makes the hallway wet.
Very nice ambiance and feel to the place. Has a classy feel to it. Large rooms. My wife is pretty picky about cleanliness. She didn't find much to complain about. Only thing was some dust on the wall that was easily wiped off.

There was no view. We were over the entrance and saw only roof. And for a 3 day stay, we certainly wish we were given a different room.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Toilet doesn’t flush well. There is a water restrictor in tank. Had to flush multiple times to clear toilet paper defeating purpose of saving water. There were some bugs in bathroom and one time a spider was spotted in bed. Need exterminator to correct.
Location was good to everywhere in Mankato but it’s a small town so everywhere was within 10-15 min Nice staff. Decent room for the price.

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to manage. The dial for the handicap side made the temp and water pressure of the standard shower head to waver from scalding to cold until both sails were fiddled with. Instructions would have been very helpful. The towels were not soft and felt more like exfoliating fabric.
The staff are fantastic and gave us excellent suggestions on places to dine. The bed was very comfortable and the whirlpool was lovely.

Reception staff were very welcoming. Especially Antionia sorry if I spelt name wrong but all reception staff were great. Even the man that cleaned floors was friendly. Much better than Courtyard Sioux Falls

The Shampoo and Shower Gel were empty and we counted on having those as basic accommodations. Front desk staff brought up a small bottle of Shampoo and a little bar of soap, which we appreciated. Housekeeping staff was not able to fill the bottles because they were not in.

Very pleased with the accommodations. The desk clerk (Antonnia) was very friendly and went out of her way to make our anniversary stay special. The roo. Was quiet and clean. We will come back.
